Outlets didn’t work in the bathroom, pillows were tiny and flat, room by the boiler room so very loud all night. Carpet very dirty.

Very clean, and pretty good for the price. Way better than expected

We went to the National card show this weekend and this hotel was perfect for us! About 30-50 mins (depending on traffic), outdoor pool (was a bit cool but we went later in the evening), and hot breakfast which included a meat (bacon, ham, sausage), potatoes (hashbrowns, tater tots, wedges) and eggs (scrambled). The breakfast was perfect to start the day at the expo (food is so expensive). We would recommend and will probably stay again!

The room was fairly clean, it did have a smell to the room but looked like it was slowly maintained but everyone was nice.

Biggest issue is the AC units didn't really keep the room temperatures very consistent. They have to constantly turn on and off. Our room either had a musky smell that seemed somewhat like mold and seemed to come from the AC unit. I asked to switch rooms but they were booked. A lot of the charging ports did not work and the WiFi was too slow to stream anything. That was frustrating when traveling with kids since a lot of people use Netflix and Prime on their own devices...was necessary since the TVs here got a couple channels and they weren't smart tvs you can log into. The pool was great for the kids. They had closed it due to light rain/clouds though. The reason I gave the hotel 3 stars overall was because a staff member named Antonio was nice enough to check into opening it for us when several other staff members said no, even though weather was just cloudy.

Staff are friendly, tried to arrange a different room but the hotel was full.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff is fantastic however the rooms need some work. The bed was comfortable and the bed was clean however, there’s a lot of wear and tear on the doors and quite honestly if you look on the floor around the baseboards in the room, there’s dust where the vacuum is missing. The only other downside is it is right next to the expressway, so I thought it was very loud at night when trying to sleep. But that’s the trade-off you get for the location amenities.

Great stay clean hotel my kids loved it and the staff was very pleasant the from the front desk to the cleaning staff.

The hall and room needed to be vacuumed. The room smelled a bit musty. It did not look like it had been cleaned very well in a while .The room was right next to the parking lot of a steak house so there was constant foot traffic past the window. There was a garbage truck first thing in the morning right outside the window and I got a text from the hotel wanting me to complete a survey at 7 am.

We called ahead for a potential check in issue and had a note put on the reservation. However, at check in, the person at the desk refused to read the note or listen so it was a large ordeal. One morning, breakfast started at 6 and at 7 am, it was wiped out and no one was working or restocking anything. There also was a bug in the bed and something sticky on the floor under the air conditioner, but no one was concerned. I stayed for a week and the garbage was removed once, no other cleaning.

Breakfast was good except meat not cook long enough. Pool was nice. I notice no maintain can be on call overnight if emergency it has to wait until next day. My refrigerator couldn't be replace overnight had to wait until next morning 😩 not fair. But the Manager fix the issue. I am happy

It was a nice stay! The room was cleaned every day and it was a peaceful stay. Family friendly as well

The blinds in the room were light filtering so the room did not get dark enough for me. Sun streaming in with the morning sun. Sheets and bed were comfortable.
