The only issue we had was with housekeeping. We requested housekeeping service, but they never came to clean the room or change our towels, which was frustrating. We had to call the front desk to request fresh towels and have the trash taken out. Other than that, everything else about our stay was great, and we had a very enjoyable experience.

The front desk staff was AMAZING! We traveled almost 5 hours to visit, we were able to check in early, they took care of the "smell" issue in our room right away and they were so polite and went above and beyond for everything!

Property was filthy, several stains on ceiling tiles, hallway smelled of weed and cleaning chemicals, bed sheets were stained and had holes in them. Just not a good experience at all.

The room was awful. The walls, the ceiling, around the air condition was moldy. The trim in the bathroom around the tub/shower was improperly installed and looked like crap. The hotel has had obvious water damage and needs repair. The breakfast and the staff are the only reasons the hotel gets more than one star.

The service was terrible; they couldn't clean my room during my stay due to a lack of staff. It wasn't my fault they didn't have enough cleaning staff, and I don't recommend it.
