Location good. That’s it. Everything. No kitchen utensils, cups or anything provided. Had to pay for them. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty floor. Two towels. One bar of soap, no shampoo.

I had a wonderful stay, completely elevated by the outstanding service at the front desk. Martha made the booking and reservation process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lesly was also fantastic, securely holding my UPS packages so they were ready for me right when I arrived. It is so rare to find staff this attentive and helpful. Martha and Lesly truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend this property!

Big bathroom Absolutely not clean, outside of the refrigerator was disgusting. The check-in process after 10 PM is horrific..

My special needs son was threatened verbally and physically by a long term resident at the hotel . I will never stay there again . Police were called and nothing happened. I did not feel safe

Fruit flies in my room

Room had a strong body odor smell. We were initially given a room that already was occupied. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed.
