Wonderful hotel im s beautiful location.

Exceptional

The stay at the Homewood Hotel was overall nice. Breakfast was well organized and had plenty of choices. The rooms are a bit small. We were a part of three and it felt like we were on top of each other. I looked in the room description and did not find how big/small the room was. The bathroom has a door that doesn’t lock, which was not ideal. I asked for the room to be refreshed on my fourth day there and after multiple asks, it was finally cleaned on the sixth day. We checked out the following day after breakfast since we had booked for 7 days. I do have to say thanks to the breakfast staff especially Mr. George who was very friendly and helpful.

The staff, especially Brittnii and Josue, were wonderful. It was a very quiet building. I really liked the little kitchen area in the room. When we tried to check in, the system was down and we had to wait in the lobby for quite a while. Eventually, we were given a room to rest in while we waited for the system to come back online, but not both of the rooms we had paid for. When we got back from dinner, the system was back online and we were able to get the second room and keys. When we went to bed that night, one room was struggling with the AC and the other did not have a fitted sheet on the bed (just another flat sheet).

I’m enjoyed my stay: nice breakfast including large slices of gluten-free bread, hot food and oatmeal. Will stay again! 😊

Well located and great facilities

2. Lobby door was broken with no sign to indicate. 3. I was supposed to have a room that had a sofa bed and split room, I did not have either. 4. The tv took several minutes to work. 5. On the first day the water hotness was lukewarm. 6. Lastly, half the parking lot was not available because of maintenance.

We waited 1.5 hours for our room to be ready and it was not the room type we had reserved. Parking was an issue due to resurfacing of lot. Pool was under maintenance.

Dirty rooms and poor upkeep in the common areas. Lack of room service, feet were black from how dirty the floors in the rooms were. Pool closed and maintenance issues including a broken elevator. Breakfast quality was poor.

We enjoyed this location.

the phone did not work to call room to room, front desk told us to add a 7 then room number, still did not work.

Kitchen has essentials but not an area to eat at.

Breakfast was better than other experiences with free breakfasts. Clean room, enjoyable experience.

The good thing was we were early and the young lady let us check in early the room smelted so bad I had to ask for someone at the desk to come and fix the problem the bathroom door would not close and please beware of the tub it’s dangerous will not stay at any Hilton if it’s like this one never

This location is amazing! The staff is fantastic and so personable. I just love the fitness center!!! This is now MY location

Our “2-room” bedroom was interesting. When we put the sofa bed open, we couldn’t use the desk or the area on the window side as it was blocked off by the bed. The mattress on that bed was very very thin and the sheets were too small. The actual bedroom was very nice with a comfortable bed. The large refrigerator and freezer were great. We didn’t use the area with the sink/stovetop.The pocket door to the bathroom would keep banging after opening unless we held it until it stopped moving. The bathroom amenities were nice. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. I would say if you were only needing the actual bedroom and not the sofa, then the room was okay.

They are not very reliable hotel!!!
