Love the service!!!

The pool was being renovated.

Hotels was very clean. Staff was wonderful, always helpful. Breakfast was great, a ton of choices. The only issue were the pillows, they are flat, barely a pillow.

Very nice property. Sitting areas in each room and separate bedroom is nice for partner who wants to watch tv while the other wants to sleep.

All good... There was a door stopper on the floor of bedroom which could harm the kids. Otherwise all good.

The room not up to stander for me . The tolet seat was broken. Sink didn't drain good. No soap in the shower to wash with had to use shampoo to wash with. Behind the soap dish was a little mold we saw. Sorry the place to me needs a good cleaning. And the elevator floor had a bad tile job. The person who did the floor should be fired

Location was good. property is dated. AC was noisy. Room didn’t get cleaned twice. Only one staff member was professional and pleasant. The other others were pretty sketchy. they posted a notice that they were gonna be redoing sections of the parking lot beginning Monday and unfortunately, early Sunday they blocked everything off and inconvenienced a lot of guests. By far the worst breakfast of any hotel that provides such a service. Pancakes French toast and greasy sausage were all lukewarm to cold. Very few options.

Location, breakfast A/C system is antiquated, cycles on and off every 5 minutes, very loud. Hard to sleep. Vent is located near bed so you feel the air blowing on you. Unpleasant.
