Hampton Inn & Suites Downers Grove Chicago

Location was good. Breakfast was NOT the best.

We didn't have breakfast. Overall, the hotel appeared to be clean. There was a loud aroma on the 5th floor by the elevators. The pool was down, I called for towels and never received them, neither tv in the room was working properly. It took maintenance almost an hour to fix one of the televisions.

Service was terrible. They didn't answer the phone at the front desk. Had to ask 3 times for more towels. It was dirty. One of the elevators was broken. Tiny room. For the price, I expected much better.

Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices and variety. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was under construction and one elevator was out of order

Location and breakfast Pool was closed and my room had previously had dogs that had urinated in there and it was an awful smell.

Location I left my room a few hours b4 checking out I called tha hotel to tell them i’m going to be arriving back to the property 15 minutes after to check out tonight so please do not let the staff go and clean or brought anything out in my room and they told me OK they’ll let me go up there when I arrive to the facility. They had already told me my room had already been clean and they pour out all of the liquor that I had left with a large bottle of tequila and they have the nerve to tell me based on cleaning at 8 o’clock how do you start? Cleaning at 8 when my check out is 12 noon it was very disappointed. They did nothing to accommodate me and they act like they’re the one who should have an attitude I will never visit the property ever again, so please don’t waste your money and go here.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Pool was not open. Room had no air control and was 81 degrees in it. Could not get a refund to try and find a hotel with a pool for the 2nd night.

Very accessible, good location, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and adorable like a little apartment, very clean and comfortable, complimentary breakfast is delicious, and location is close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Nothing

Cleanliness, room size, amenities! Walls a bit thin.

The beds were very comforting. Peaceful. Check in was quick and staff are very polite. Also, the hotel smells so fresh. Tv was in the corner. Hard to see

Wonderful weekend away with my wife

The property is beautiful, rooms were clean and well stocked. I loved the free convenient parking as well. My kids loved the snack bar and free cookies. The lounge area was amazing as well. The pool area was freezing. My room was freezing even after maintenance came in and worked on the unit. The spa was down and under renovation but was not warned before booking or when I called the property in advance. The breakfast was ok.
