Extended Stay America Suites Chicago Lombard Yorktown Center

This place just wasn’t for us. It was bare bones with no real comfort. However, the front desk was friendly and we have no real complaints. It just wasn’t for us.

Staff was helpful during our stay. Jackie the manager went above and beyond in making our stay great. We enjoyed our week stay their very much.

They cancelled our reservation 2 hours before we arrived

Location Run down. Dirty. Unpleasant staff. Never at the front desk. Rude. Broken cabinet. Very smelly. Lied about cleaning the room twice.

Break fast is below normal, cupcakes and tea/coffee. Room sofa beds are terrible . Family staying there try to get proper beds rather than sofa to sleep. Its budget friendly. Overall its good

I like the cost and cleanliness. The parking lot was also easy to access. Booking.com did not advertise grab-n-go breakfast.

breakfast is kind of ok, but can be improved. the sofa which they provided in the room i booked, the sitting pillows are not steady and moving backwards which is not at all comfortable to sit quietly. and the floor carpet looks like very dirty.

The rooms smell like cigarettes!! We not smoke We didn’t cook anything in those rooms!! Never comeback to EXTENDED STAY HOTELS AND I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA TO MAKE ANY RESERVATIONS IN THE FUTURE!!

I didn’t like the whole property. Everything is old and dirty looking. The place needs an upgrade badly. The picture on the internet is not accurate at all. Very disappointed.
