The location and the service of the employees Wi-fi was bad the whole building smelled weird. For the location of the hotel I thought the rooms would be up to date it looked pretty old. And the continental breakfast I thought would be a breakfast because of the location of the hotel but it consisted of bad coffee and a cereal bar.

Good location, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Just coffee, granola bars, and instant oatmeal... and a couple of pillows were stained.

Good size room for traveling with a dog. Nice and quiet - we were never disturbed by loud noises/voices. The manager happened to be walking in the hall as I was juggling hot coffees and bags and he kindly opened my room door for me. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

the bathroom floor was also quite dirty: I wiped the floor with a white towel after I accidentally splashed water on it and the towel became gray/black with dirt. It didn't appear as it the floor was ever mopped since it started filthy. The carpet never dried out and so we had to wear shoes in the middle of the night for bathroom trips. We found a kid's toy under the sofa bed, so they hadn't cleaned or looked under it. There were multiple cigarette burns in the kitchen and bathroom counters, in this "non-smoking room". There were large, unrepaired chips out of the walls. The medium price we paid wasn't worth the poorly maintained, dirty accommodations. The room was huge, with a full kitchen, which was very nice. Unfortunately the kitchen did not have any utensils, cups, plates, a coffee maker, etc. But we were able to get them by asking frequently at the front desk. The "Grab and Go" breakfast: they ran out of decaf coffee and did not refill it for 2 days! Overall I rate it at a 2 out of 5 stars. We were very disappointed and will not return.

would never return to use this hotel brand. Room was not clean....had several plug-in air fresheners in bathroom, near bed and in kitchen area but could still smell moldy presence, mold in refrigerator in room, held out as long-term rental but had no other amenities other than 2 small bars of soap and 2 small bath towels and hand towels, "kitchen" counters sticky with grease, bathroom tub not clean with hair in drain and on edges of tub, toilet with visible brown spots on underside of toilet seat, bed with 3 small pillows for 2 people in room (desk said no extra pillows available), no extra bedding in room with only a thin blanket and coverlet and no other extra blankets available after 4th call to front desk.Discovered no remote for TV but desk said someone must have stolen it and they did not have an extra. Not satisfied with this, we called to cancel our reservation due to these significant deficiencies but were denied a refund due to we had started using the room even though we had not used any items or facilities. No free breakfast at 8:30 AM next day when we were departing. All in all, worst hotel experience of our lives. Avoid this brand.

I was disappointed. The room was very small and dark. The cabinets were stuck and difficult to open. There was a musty odor that made me uncomfortable and I left without staying. I also had to pay for one night, even though I was only there for a few minutes. I would never recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay I will be back and the staff was very nice

This place just wasn’t for us. It was bare bones with no real comfort. However, the front desk was friendly and we have no real complaints. It just wasn’t for us.

Staff was helpful during our stay. Jackie the manager went above and beyond in making our stay great. We enjoyed our week stay their very much.
