Breakfast was nice and hot, plenty to choose from. Staff had been extremely friendly and helpful.

We really liked the location. It was close to different restaurants, shops, and it was easy to navigate in an area we were not familiar with. We didn’t really like that there was no vending machines. You had to go to the front desk just to get snacks. They were very expensive too. We were charged three separate times during our stay as well. We were told one of the charges would be refunded but it would take 1-2 days. We were on vacation so having a large sum of money disappear did upset us. The pull out bed my daughter slept on was very disgusting as well, it had cigarette burns and very questionable staining on it.

Spacious and well equipped rooms, a good breakfast and the pool was great to cool off at the end of the day. Good fitness centre too. Friendly and helpful staff. This was the first Hyatt Place hotel, opening in 2006 and is staying to show it's age.

Hotel was nice overall but I think the only thing missing is a microwave in the rooms. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The breakfast was mediocre. We were there for two nights.

The layout and the size of the suite, was nice. The mattress was old and they had a pillow top on it to fluff it up but that did not work, because the mattress was sagging in the middle. The king size mattress was a queen size and I was told that, that's their king mattress. So, I switched to another room, the same size, same layout, same bedsize, but the beds pillow topper was a bit better. Within the hotel itself, it was clean along with the gym area and the pool area. I was hoping that there was a hot tub, but I did not see one. The hotel is surrounded by nice places to eat and shop. I never received a receipt at the end of my stay because they're internet stop working. My stay at the Hyatt was okay, but I would probably not choose to stay at that location again. The quality just isn't there anymore.

Will definitely stay here again. Clean, comfortable, great location and super nice staff! Pillows were too soft for me but that’s a personal preference!
