Helpful staff, good breakfast ,nice stay

Very nice you just have to ask for your room to be cleaned

Stayed here for 4 days/5 nights. A BIG downside of this was that the bathroom sink is on the outside of the bathroom. This is VERY uncomfortable, can’t even brush your teeth or have some privacy. Some of the curtains have nasty brown stains. We did see pictures before we reserved this room, but honestly thought that it would be a little bigger than it looked. Nowhere to do some personal laundry, the pool smelled like someone had an accident in the water, and instead of them cleaning it, they added more water! YUCK! There are also some containers on the back of this property, and it looks like people live there, as there are picnic tables and grills next to the open container? Will definitely not stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel last 4th of July and ironically they put me in the same hotel room I was in last year. But the room was too cold when I came in so the manager taught me how to lower the coldness down. Other than that I was satisfied the room, staff, amenities everything.

Excellent location for the price. Good size room, could sleep 6 in the two double plus pull out. Very pleased

Lovely stay

Nice property location. Breakfast was good. Lots of fresh fruit options at breakfast. Our room had a strange odor, but not overwhelming. Linens were clean and beds were comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was in good condition! Lots of pool towels available.

Room was quiet and clean.

The hotel and accommodation were exactly as expected and matched the description provided. The amenities were satisfactory, although the gym could have been better equipped and offered more space. The breakfast met expectations, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed at two different locations of this hotel chain in Chicago, and both maintained a consistent standard of quality and service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Definitely come to this hotel again.
