I’m asking to Cleane the room . The staff told me this is not a 5 star hotel, if you need to Cleane, you have to ask for the front desk,ok ..we did the next day but nothing when we’re came back from outside. When I asked for the new towel, the woman gave me very bad attitude.

Location and surrounding places It felt very transactional. Our very first night we found a spider on our window. We removed it and simply didn’t think anything of it, the next morning. We woke up and found a wasp in our room. I will say when I alerted the front desk. They did apologize, but it wasn’t until I asked if we could possibly be switched to another room that they offered. Even after that, there was no kind of follow up or conversation or even any effort to make things right. Simply after I had to bring up and ask for us to be switched to a different room, they simply told me to come down and get new key cards and move to our new room. This is taking into consideration I was in this room with my wife and 3 kids.

Hotel was very clean I had only one problem they never cleaned my room never bring in fresh towels I stayed for two days with my four children and husband for me a clean room is necessary. After a long day out we returned to the room in the same condition. Breakfast was good and nice carpet needs to be cleaned room had a slight smell.

My room was ready upon arrival, but it was dirty. The bed comforter was stained, the cushions on the couch were stained along with areas on the carpet, and the refrigerator had red juice spilled in it. It’s an older hotel and could stand to be updated with new carpet, furniture and bathroom grout, shower head, etc. The staff was able to have housekeeping correct what they could. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful when I had an issue. It wasn’t a horrible stay, but very underwhelming, especially for the cost.
