Saying they didn't have my room ready Didn't even get refund my money

I have no idea where to start . The kitchen…the cabinets door were well beyond worn and falling off. The bathroom counter was stained and there was mold around the tub and the tub itself, was peeling and stained and the carpet seemed dirty , the bathroom door was falling off. Luckily I was alone, because I was afraid to close the door cause it might fall off . The carpet was dirty, I was-afraid to walk on it. The only positive thing was checking out! Oh, and the African American lady at checkout was exceptionally nice, very personable. But I WILL NOT stay here again. Just goes to show you the lack of pride the management has in her property .

Place is a complete dump, I couldn’t stay I had to ask for my money back because we didn’t want to stay there

Absolutely nothing! The room and bathroom was DISGUSTING! Black mold in the shower/bathtub. Toilet was gross, light switches and door knobs were filthy! Shower curtain rod ready to fall off.

The people and how kind they were I can’t find one thing that I didn’t like

I liked the price and free parking. THATS IT! The first room the lady at the front desk (Suzanne) gave me was extremely hot, the AC didn’t work, and it was a puddle of water all over the bathroom floor like there was a leak. I went down to tell her and asked for another room which she gave me right away. The second room I walked in looked and smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. It was food(old/fresh) all over the counter top, clothes all over the floor, and just SMELLED completely DISGUSTING!! I went back downstairs to request a refund and Suzanne was sitting in the lobby playing Uno!! She gave me a refund and told me well the room was marked cleaned, which was very unsettling! If the room was marked cleaned how are people getting in and out. The bread on the counter was fresh. The clothes on the floor looked like someone was taking there pants off and just leaving them. Luckily no one was in the room at the time! Elevators were running extremely slow! Just overall not a good visit this time! This was room 219

Totally not happy.

There was no coffee pot, no kitchen towels, housekeeping was once every 14 days so no clean sheets. Only 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths provided. No soap. Cabinets showed signs of deterioration and were damaged. Very disappointed and will never stay there again.

I selected this hotel strictly based on the low price, but I would not stay there again.

The room was stinking and the AC was not working it was only blowing air, we asked the front desk for help but the maintenance staff was not present and we have to wait till the morning

The room I was relocated to was cleaner but not up to par for my standards.

Run down. People are living their permanently. The rooms are stripped down to the bare minimum.

Nothing goof Place was dirty and smelled. Room was even worse. Paint peeling on the bathroom door. Bug on the bed in the sheets. Heavy smoke smell.

Also, the front door locks after a certain amount of time but the phone to contact the staff doesn’t work. We were stuck outside for 30 min before we were able to get a hold of someone. Will never go back!!

Not cleaned, lot of smell in hallway, room, not comfortable bed, don't recommend this hotel to any one. Thank you

Authorized late check in. Desk closed on arrival. Didn't receive warning of this policy. Had to call a friend and stay at their house instead. Instructions to call maintenance staff not prominent and didn't see.

Dirtiest hotel on earth

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But I got no sleep because it sounded like they were bailing hay above my room. Doors were banged shut constantly. The room would vibrate from all the noise. I was woken up at least once every half hour for every night I was there. I would not recommend this place if you want to get a good nights sleep.
