Nothing, terrible I would like a refund. Everything, I hated it, it was terrible not clean and dealing with broken things, unbearable smells, and spiders.

I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY OR CHAIN EVER AGAIN AND WILL MAKE IT MY PURPOSE IN LIFE TO GIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

Wifi signal was slow and kept disconnecting.

This Extended Stay needs some severe maintenance or Room overhauls asap. Room 327 Had mold around the Bathtub, the flooring in the bathroom was peeling from the ground, there was a spider in the Tub, missing drain covers, and fan over stove did not work

bathroom door was broken. the room is "with kitchen", but nothing else. there is no coffee maker, no tray. even there is no coffee mug. so kitchen is totally useless. during our stay, TV went out of order, so can't watch anything other than hotel portal logo.

Good location to be near shopping but the building is undergoing renovation. TV did not work, plumbing slow, not the cleanest. Staff very nice.

Check out was non-existent. The front desk staff don’t start until 10am. No amenities other than 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and a bar of soap. Extended stay had a fridge and cooktop but no pots, dishes or silverware. Not even a hair dryer or hand towel. No coffee available anywhere. And the outer door that was locked, due to no staff until 10am wouldn’t open with your hotel key. You had to wait for another customer to let you in as they were leaving.

This place was not clean. Lots of preexisting physical damage in the room, incl water damage on the cabinets and bathroom floor, bathroom counter was gross, the entry floor was sticky/tacky, found a bug in kitchenette on arrival. Bed not comfortable.

The entire property was filthy. Nasty, dirty, and a horrible hot mess.

Will not stay at this facility or this brand again.

Needs major renovations

Went to the front desk to checkin around 5pm and there was a glass partition with locks on it and a sign saying staff would be back soon. After 10 minutes one man came carrying a Chick Filet bag and soda. A sign behind the locked glass partition said to touch a keypad and put in 0000 for immediate help but the keypad was also behind the locked partition. We finally went to our room and found a smoke alarm that needed a battery change with intermittent beeping. We called the front desk and was told he would contact his manager to see if it could be fixed. We left to meet friends and came back around 9:00pm . There is no one on duty after 7:00pm and the hallway smelled like marijuana. The alarm was fixed but there is nothing clean about our room. The walls were splattered with red stains, the bathroom sink was stained, mirror was not clean and the toilet seat was broken and barely attached to the toilet. There are no amenities, not even a box of Kleenex. We had two towels and an extra roll of toilet paper. The only positive review I can give is that the bed was comfortable. The closet doors had been removed and there were two wire shelves with five plastic hangers. The entire complex needs updating from the chipped and dirty bathtub to the broken bathroom door and toilet seat. I am not sure what the red splatter was that was seen on the doors, walls sink and floors. There was also an insect crawling under the bed that turned out to be a fly. Dirty, dirty dirty. Disgusting. The bed was clean, but there were spots on the sheets. The lobby looked like no one ever cleaned it. And the front desk area and the elevator. The smell in the hallway was horrible. The bath tub porcelain was pealing off. The cabinets were peeling off the laminet. No one was ever at the front desk. I will never ever go back. Said it all in the first paragraph

The bathroom and no lights and all mold the whole my dirty carpet was ripped dust everywhere with just terrible
