It's home away from home.

Unfortunately when we arrived there was no one there to check us in and another customer was waiting. He said the checking person was at another property. Once she arrived she was extremely rude and told me that 2 of my kids were not allowed to stay with us as there rooms only accommodate 4 people I explained that when we booked we indicated there was 6 of us and the website allowed us to book. She then proceeded to tell us that only 4 of us could stay I then had to call a family member and ask them to take 2 of my children. She then proceeded to call the manager and tell them that in the morning they needed to check our room to check how many people were there? She then told us that if the manager saw more then 4 people they would kick us out. We told her we understood and that we had made arrangements for 2 of the kids to go somewhere else. This all happened at a very difficult day for us as our home in Indiana was hit by tornado and we had to drive all the way to this hotel as no other hotels had any occupancy. The night checking lady needs to be retrained as her treatment of customers is very bad.

Location The room...I will never recommend this facility
-
There floor carpet is so bad, if you walk without socks you’re foot will be stuck. They need to change the rug. Also house keepers only come twice a week, but I never see any one came to clean while I stay.

Not well maintained. Half of the stuff in bathroom was broken, windows sills were dirty with black stuff. Bathroom tub was chipped off. Would not recommend.

The place is super dirty, took 15 minutes to get checked in because there is never anybody at the front desk, and at night time it's luck of the draw to get in the front door with your key. Took about 5 minutes of constantly swiping my card to get into the lobby before it would work. One time we had to wait for someone coming out to get in. Don't bother using the phone at the door to call staff because they don't answer. Wifi absolutely doesn't work at all. The blankets had black hair wrapped up in them. You can tell the bed was just made not cleaned. Will never return to this location.

This place was so run down that we checked in, went to our room and literally checked out with 5 mins. It was filthy, smelly, run down and should be condemned. We simply could not believe it. Get this, I have asthma and asked for a room that doesn’t allowed pets, o was assured of that as a health concern, once we went to the room, there was actual dog FECES on the floor. Two small piles next to the bed. Everything in there was disgusting. We simply could not believe it. I’ll attach pictures and videos.

Everything was fine and as expected. Great friendly staff, very quiet area, easy access to everything in the the area...

The floor in the room was filthy. Not with trash but didn’t appear to have been mopped in a while. Considering that you could bring pets, made you wondered why the floor was so dirty.

That there wasn't no breakfast

This place looked like it was housing section 8 displaced people. There was generally someone out front smoking. The inside looked weathered and worn, as was the furniture in the room. There are NO amenities, No breakfast, No pool, No snack room, No coffee, Nada! The bed was horrible. It was lumpy, with virtually no support. The room was reasonably clean, but looked dated and worn. The front desk is behind large, plexiglass panels. It looked like for security reasons, which begs the question as to how safe the place was. There was a police officer in the building my third night, but not sure of the reason - definitely responding to someone's complaint.

We stayed because of a bad weather storm wish we would’ve kept driving. The window ledges let water in the sofa couch was stained and completely discolored from how dirty it was. The shower was dirty. We took a nap and left at 5am the next morning. Room was very hot and humid inside. Area is nice but definitely not where I would bring the family if you avoid it. They were also missing light bulbs to the lamps very dark.

Air conditioning was the best part of the room.

My wife and were in shock with the condition of our room as well as the hotel grounds. Upon arriving the young male at the front desk stayed seated on his cell phone while we waited to be acknowledged. It took about 30 seconds before he asked if we were checking in. During this time we observed that the lobby was unkempt, the floors were dirty, and it smelled. As he began to book us into our room he audibly stated "Damn its almost time for me to go home, but I can't leave until my replacement gets here". He was just overall very unprofessional to say the least but unfortunately we learned that would be par for the course. The elevator floors were dirty and also smelled. We entered our room and were taken aback by the smell, which was overwhelmingly stale and unclean. We could not believe that this was an Extended Stay because we both previously had great experiences at different locations. The carpet and refrigerator were dirty as well as the counter space. The cabinet door was off the hinge. We felt so uncomfortable with the condition of the room that we went to Target to buy bedding and disinfectant wipes. The worst part was the bathroom! THERE WAS MOLD CAKED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE TUB! There was rust around the fixtures and you can feel the grime on the counters. We ended up driving all the way home to shower. This stay was a disaster on my birthday weekend! These were just the main points for the sake of the space given. WE ARE BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!!
