Great location, close to everything you would need - restaurants, shopping, highways, etc.

The bed sheets, carpets and other surfaces are stained and not cleaned. Management fails to follow through on their promises.

But always ahead to try. Thats what we did and still didn’t get it so we waited all day. When we got in, our suite was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay

We paid for three day reservation through Expedia, checked in on July 2, and checked out on July 5. We had two rooms 1512 and 1514. Both had a $30 breakfast credit every day of our stay. We had breakfast at their restaurant on July 3 and July 5. The gront desk people asked us to put charges on the rooms and they will give us breakfast credit. We were five family member members and the hotel’s resturant gave us one check for each day. They asked us to just put both room numbers on each check which we did. However, the hotel lumped all the charges on room 1514 and instead of using 30 dollar each day credit for room 1512 as well, the hotel gave us only 30 dollar credit for room 1514 and charged the rest on my credit card. I called the hotel and they told me that they will fix it and call me back. I am attaching the pictures of the checks here. But I have not received any call or refund yet. Very poor and deceptive practice of overcharging guests.

Leah awful staff on phone, supervisor super unfriendly and gave away my room that I was just told would be available that day when someone spoke to her about it. Snide looks and rudeness from a guy Erica front desk staff and a lady called Marchanda saying she was a supervisor, but never gave me the rewards member vouchers for bfast and seemed extremely confused on what her staff was doing. For the month I paid for the room and service was definitely not up to par especially with all these hidden fees like they want to get from guests, such as dirty rooms and carpets with stains, pubic hair in the bathroom when I first got there, dirty and worn out sheets, water damage on walls, bulbs and lights out in room, cup marks on ledges, etc. Called several times for extra blankets and pillows and each time they fell short of bringing something I asked for. Called from desk and asked about that and asked about the menu at Harry’s which then the guy proceeded to then tell me about the vouchers I was supposed to get. He delivered them to my room which that part was nice. The couches in the lobby are all stained and wore out and disgusting. Tried to use the voucher and they almost didn’t let me use them because the time was noon, my voucher said 6-2pm! At that point I was just livid with all the issues. To fees for late or early check in/parking to horrible guest service, cleanliness, I would never stay here again nor should you. Much better places out there for much cheaper w/free bfast!

This hotel is very clean, peaceful, and conveniently located near many attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located place to stay.

Got charged for an extra guest and no one was able to explain why or refund me. Very little hot water in our room, wallpaper peeling in the bathroom . Tv did not work. No body wash in the dispenser in the bathroom. 2 towels for 4 people. Horrible experience .

A typical Westin property, upscale decor, attentive staff and a facility with all the features one expects of a top shelf business/convention hotel. The property, however, lacks the “wow” factor to make it a truly superlative experience.

Charged extra $$$$ for early check in at 2pm . Won’t recommend . Never had issue with any other Westin before
