This is a big time hotel that caters to weddings and major events. Those amenities are excellent. And needless to say, everything is needlessly expensive including parking.

Housekeeping didn't replace the coffee packs one am and never replaced clean wine glasses in the room. The lobby was really pretty so we were just expecting the rooms to be as clean and nice. Loved having the coffee shop in the lobby and the staff there were super friendly and helpful! The check in staff also were super friendly !

I had two issues, first the charged a $9 park fee and that was outside of any garage plus it was the suburban and they normally don’t charge for parking! Also, in hotel.com they don’t highlight this in their list!! Finally, they have a European shower with a wand, which I really like, but the pressure or the wand spray is not very strong.

The room was very clean and it was a really nice size for the price. Though two of the lamps were out. The bathroom was big and really clean, but the shampoo and body wash were empty. The pool was great but the step ladder was broken, kind of dangerous, i almost really hurt myself. All in all a good stay for a good price.

I liked the glass wine glasses. I don’t like drinking wine from plastic. The pool was wonderful and the whirlpool was amazing. Leaving. The set cost of breakfast.

The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the tv was modern large and updated. The pool area can be a bit updated, which is my only negative. The staff were okay as well.

I always enjoy this place. I feel safe, it stays clean/neat, good customer service, and in room service is fast too.

The staff was communicative and fast acting. My only issue was that for a well established company they can at least provide a continental breakfast.
