SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Chicago Lombard

I like that the property is located in Lombard, which is close to major malls and shopping and eating even within walking distance. It’s only about 30 minutes from downtown Chicago.. The breakfast was a great option very clean and the staff was exceptional. They were doing some renovations next to my room so it was a lot of dust coming in there. It wasn’t completely sold out so I don’t quite understand why they even had me staying in that room near there.

nice place worked well for what I n deed for

For what is basically a budget hotel, the place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing. I used it for a show at the United Center, it's about 30 minutes away but so much cheaper than hotels closer to the venue. It was a great experience.

Always a pleasant stay , friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast

Well presented hotel with good sized modern rooms. Continental breakfast is good. Car required to get around.

Patrick who was at the front desk was awesome! Very kind and personable at 1am. Took the time and spoke to us. Best value I have ever paid for a hotel. Free breakfast in the morning was great.

LOCATION CLEANLINESS

First off. This hotel was terrible. The only thing that was amazing about this hotel was that they had a breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. The rooms were small. The beds are uncomfortable. The carpets were dingy and smelled funny. The location is terrible. There’s no parking you have to pay for parking overnight.

Room was very clean.

Its a decent enough low budget hotel. Seems to be kept clean and close to everything.

Centrally located BF timings

Very good

The staff was very poor and hard to find at times. We were there 4 days and our room wasn’t cleaned a single time.

Good

it needs new pillows and our door didn't lock

Everything was great. Nice place close to interstates shopping and dining

Superb

Room cleaning: This was the first time in my life that hotel staff told us that daily room cleaning is not provided and that cleaning is only available for stays of four days or more. This was unexpected and should be clearly communicated to guests at the time of booking. Room 106: There was no fan available in our room. Air conditioning: The air-conditioning unit was quite loud and repeatedly interrupted our sleep during the night. Breakfast: Unfortunately, the breakfast quality and selection were not very good and could be improved.
