SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Chicago Lombard

Good hotel. Not fancy.

The facility is well maintained and still going through some upgrade while we stayed. The staff from front desk to dining room to floors, is courteous. Breakfast is not super fancy, but well kept up.

Ken and Patrick were phenomenal. They were attentive awesome customer service very caring to the property and the guest. I loved how Ken greeted me upon check-in. He definitely made an impression. Patrick was fantastic as well at the front desk. I will be definitely coming back.

I will definitely book at this establishment again. The hotel was very clean and located for easy access to the highway, which made it easy to reach all of my destinations over the weekend.

If you are visiting Chicago and have a car, this is a good option. Breakfast is commensurate with the price you pay here. Decent, not great. We stayed 5 nights and it would have been nice to have our room cleaned more than once. Rooms are pretty average for this price point. Bathrooms are roomy but it would be nice to have a bathroom fan. Location is good as Lombard seems to be a middle class area. Nice houses, a nice mall, and plenty of green space. You're about 30-40 minutes drive into Chicago from here.

The bed was very hard making it hard to sleep and the lighting in the room was poor.

Our favorite place to stay when visiting Chicagoland!! Great location, convenient to shops & dining, near highways. Recently renovated, spacious rooms with amenities usually found in 4 star hotels. Great breakfast. The staff, especially Patrick, were outstanding!!

Great place for travelers to lay their weary heads.

Room was clean, I even checked behind the bed and sofa. Bathroom was nice and clean also. Only complaint was the perfume or air fresheners used in the lobby...The fragrance was so strong I could taste it. It made me cough, and irritated my eyes.

Really nice place would come there again!!

The parking lot is next to an apartment complex. People living in the apartment complex were hanging out in the parking lot and made me feel a little uncomfortable. I also requested a newly renovated room and when I checked in they gave me one of the old, outdated rooms. The breakfast was your usual, nothing special. The worst part of the trip was that a maintenance man opened my door in the morning when I was getting changed. I reported this to the front desk and they said he probably got confused and went to the wrong room. He did not knock or anything. Totally unacceptable. The hotel is also hard to find from my GPS. It kept leading me to the apartment complex next door.

Todo fue perfecto solo el desayuno se termina a las 9 deberían extender una hora mas y mejorar un poco el desayuno como la avena que no sea instantania y más variendad sobre todo para las personas que se hospedan por varios días

Clean well priced and my room seemed updated

No plastic shower lining. Paint peeling on the ceiling in the shower. If you stay more than one day, your room doesn't get cleaned until you check out. Other then that everything else was fine.

Breakfast was very good with a wide array of choice
