Needs to be updated. Some things are worn out.

The room was great! My 11 yo granddaughter and I were staying here for an event in the area. The staff were very nice and helpful. The managers reception was great with lots of snacks , soda, and adult beverages . Our suite was huge! We used the living room area to eat, it had a desk that was also useful as a dining table with 3 chairs, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe in the bedroom closet. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful - nearly anything you could want was there from omelettes made to order, eggs your way to oatmeal and ceral. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing breakfast, beautiful place!

We enjoyed our room, which was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. The evening reception was a nice touch, and the pool and hot tub looked nice, but it was too hot while we were there to enjoy them. The hotel itself was very busy. The 3 elevators were not enough for the amount of traffic coming and going. One gentleman told me he had seen 3 elevators come and go but none of them had room for him and his luggage to get down to the lobby. He had been having to use the stairs all week. The air conditioning in our room was not working, which isn't great on days where there was a heat advisory in the area. We had someone come to look at it, but it didn't make a difference. We heard a family the next day say that their AC wasn't working, either. I wish we had more time to enjoy everything available.

The property had bed bugs. I was bit in the middle of the night which cause me to wake up and actually record the bed bug running across the pillow.

First time staying here and we will definitely stay again when we’re in town visiting family. Breakfast was great, very clean and extremely quiet. Great staff as well.

My third time back, and once again, everything was good! No problems, no complaints. Looking forward to my next stay.

Water started leaking into our room when it started to rain. Then an awful order started to come from the carpet by the window where the water was leaking in. Letting us know that this was an ongoing problem in room 919. They need to renovate and update the Facility. Including all fixtures in the bathroom. The additional sink outside the bathroom wasn't working either.....The entire Hotel needs updating in all areas.

If you didn’t get to breakfast early, they did not restock anything even an hour before they stopped. They restocked nothing. Floors in breakfast area constantly had spills and crumbs everywhere. Entryway smelled like marijuana and so did the elevators.

I love the suite layout and the cool atrium common area. Our room was fine, but the carpet was dirty under the ottoman--like, chunks of food and 3D ground-in stains--and the shower curtain rod in the bathroom was broken so that the curtain always slid towards the middle and water splashed out on the sides. My kids took a bath after swimming, and the showerhead leaks cold water while the bath is running. The pool was nice, pretty warm and clean. There was a security guy who hung around outside and came in to kick kids out of the hot tub. Front desk staff was polite, but thru didn't go out of their way to be helpful. For example, we asked for two extra chairs and plates and they couldn't give us anything. Not a big deal, but not above and beyond. Breakfast is SO good! It's a full spread, with an omelette bar and fresh fruit and decent coffee machines. The evening reception is better on weekdays; I guess they're so busy on weekends that they have to formalize it more, and we were definitely there on a busy weekend. I recommend, especially with kids so they can go to bed and you can stay up and watch all 6 channels that are free on the TV.

Breakfast was very good. We liked that there was a large place to congregate with a crowd. The pool was dirty. Lots of things floating. The bar was very loud so if you had the rooms about it the music would keep you awake until after 130 am. Front staff could be friendlier. I had to ask for my HH bag.

Everything was wonderful

any supply for the coffee and condiments. Fourth day they told us that they cannot fix it but can move us to another room. A/C was not good in another room, and the mattress was worse than the previous room. We had horrible experience staying here while attending wedding. Cleaning bathroom floor and continuously complaining was not a good experience. The front desk staff was always helpful though.

The breakfast was good and a great benefit added. Watch the grease on the food. Not great for my stomach. The WIFI is confusing and a bit slow.
