In one of my six calls to the property, I spoke to one nice person. I never leave bad reviews, and I always find the good. I also believe in giving people the opportunity to make things right. But I have to be honest and prevent this from happening to another family. Our booking was made for the wrong date, and within minutes of making the booking, we showed up to stay. We tried to correct it right away, but we were told nothing could be fixed till Monday. To show good intent, we went ahead and paid more to stay on that same night which we had intended to stay. We thought this would show the management the honest mistake. So, we paid more to stay on the correct date, and neither booking.com or the hotel has fixed this situation. Rather the hotel has given me the run around and said they are not getting the cancel requests from booking.com. So the hotel charged me more for the night we stayed, and didn’t authorize a refund for the incorrect night. What’s disturbing is how the hotel’s management found it appropriate to waste my time, and they knew their way around the system. From the time we booked, to requested the cancel was minutes. They could have released the reservation and rebooked the room. Don’t deal with Diego, don’t book a room here. Stay any where else. On our actual stay the hotel elevator sounded like it was about to break, there was trash outside the entrance to the large parking lot, the pool and hot tub were cloudy, we had less than 4 towels in our room, and our reservation had 4 people, we were told they were sending up a blanket for the hide-a-bed for our sons, and it never showed up. Security also seemed minimal. I could walk right through the front door and get on the elevator and go to whatever floor I wanted to. Booking.com needs to not have this hotel in their selection, and should not do business with people who lie.

The negatives: this did NOT meet HILTON standards- there were only 2 in the pool when we arrived; it was unclean/super cloudy & the hot tub was cordoned off/ closed with ghastly cloudy water. We aborted the swim portion of evening! We noticed from outside by 6 pm,there were 2 doz. playing in water; risking their health!Regarding the hallway just past the check in counter: There were 2 cheap oval coffee tables, with peeling laminate on all sides, & there was no soap in all 3 of soap dispensers in the bathroom off that hallway &someone left tracked in clumps of mud/ grass on floor of hallway no one was cleaning. We won’t chose this hotel again & cannot recommend until standards are elevated to HILTON standards.

The staff quickly addressed every concern. Nice to see many meeting and banquet rooms here, even a wedding.

The rooms were very clean the breakfast was very good. The staff were amazing and had great customer service.

We stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping never restocked towels, toilet paper and conditioner. The shower was dangerous, sloped and slippery tub. The water at times was cold or scalding. The staff was nice a about getting us towels and toilet paper The restaurant staff was excellent.

Would like and expect a nice complimentary coffee/tea bar. The breakfast had a charge and was minimal options compared to most complimentary continental breakfasts at a hotel.

Clean more the room, and bathroom the water is coming out

Mold and dust bunnies were coming out of the vent in the bathroom. I’m super allergic and shared this when we set up the reservation, they acknowledged the need. The fridge had hairs and large dirt particles in it. The blanket we took out had two large stains. The shower dripped all the time, didn’t stop. We had the do not disturb sign on the door but came back to new remotes for the TVs and the TVs were on (we didn’t ask for anything). When I described the vent issue, they offered a new room. Since it was 11:30pm, I went down to get a key for the room to look before packing up the family and moving. It was just as dirty, also had a large black box of that they were working on with screws on the table and dust from them drilling on something throughout the room. We decided not to move so I deep cleaned our room at midnight. I shared how disgusted I was again, they never reached out to discuss it until we had already left the property after another night in the room, 36 hours after the initial complaint. The pool wasn’t well maintained, couldn’t see our knees in the cloudy water. Standing water everywhere and people were falling while walking (adults and children). They were good about filling towels, and two gentlemen cleaned the water around the pool for 5 minutes, we spent approximately 8 hours at the pool during the trip. Im a Hilton Honors guest but you’d never know it based on how I was treated.

Clean room, nice staff, easy to navigate location. A restaurant and Starbucks right on site that made things quite easy.
