Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Dublin

Staff are great, room was good, my husband liked the bed, it was on for me. Breakfast is the same every day, there are options, but would be nice to get Bacon sometimes or different eggs.

Super customer service. Friendly staff. Clean interior and exterior. Spacious room. Quiet stay. The snacks, drinks, breakfast, and dinner were tasty and plentiful. It was a great stay!

Excellent service, good meals, clean rooms, and 3 free drinks… what’s not to like?

We arrived late after some delays in our travels. The only reason I got into the property was from another customer leaving the hotel. Once at the check in desk the staff informed me that they had overbooked the hotel and no longer had two queen beds. This was a huge disappointment since it was me and my husband and our two children which were asleep. All we wanted to do was get in our room and go to bed. We had to set up the pull out sofa. There were no offers to make our stay better or discounts. I would not book here again. I had to ask for hours of breakfast and no other details of the hotel were provided. I would likely not stay here again. Mostly because what I had booked was not available and it was far too late to find another place at that hour.

Was overall good, sink was clogged but that's not a huge issue, was crazy crowded though. I'd imagine every room was sold out, if not I would hate to see it when it is. Only real downfall was the smokers all piled up right outside the main door which was within 30 feet of the outside pool which stunk..

This is our 2nd stay at Drury inn and we loved it! We actually made it in time to try out the kickback happy hour and it was great. Pool inside/out were wonderful on a hot day and the hot tub was nice to soak in before bed. Breakfast was a hit as always! We will be back soon! Thank you!

Nice place we would stay there again

Staff was great. Hotel was decent. We booked a handicap accessible room but it wasn't very accessible. It was small and hard to navigate my son's wheelchair in the room. It was also hard to get him in and out of shower due to the tiny shower.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The outdoor portion of the pool was nice!!! The indoor portion stunk so bad of chlorine but that is with any indoor pool. Overall a great stay, clean room, comfy bed.

We want to thank Lynne and Tyrone on afternoon shift for going above and beyond. Lynne upgraded our room and was so friendly during the check in. And Tyrone offered extra time in the pool/hot tub because it was so full with children. Would love to see adult hour only from 9-10pm.

Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Front desk was helpful. Rooms were clean as well. Location was close to many restaurants.
