Need to upgrade facility poorly maintained

Desk attendant not present at check in, 5 groups waiting and they finally returned, hotel clean but mold on bath ceiling and bed skirt ripped, couch fabric very worn

Room was fine. Breakfast was usual. STaff was helpful.

Places like this are why I don't let my husband pick hotels.

The hotel needs an update but I’ve been to worse.

Hotel is a little rundown on the inside. Our room was clean but the door had obviously been damaged or broken into previously because the door frame had some significant damage to it.

I was given sheets & blanket while being asked to wipe the food crumbs off the bed(left by last people).

The website did not indicate a pet fee so this was a surprise when I got there. The ceiling above the shower looked like there was mold. There was a blind on the window but no curtains to block out the sunlight in the morning.

The checkin was a nightmare and they wanted to double charge me. The room door barely closed, but it might have been better if we had left it closed. The bathroom was filthy and shower was disgusting. The floor had not been swept in months. I highly recommend passing this one by. We didn’t dare try the free breakfast. However, the walkway in was well taken care of with pretty flowers.

I chose this hotel for the location trusting your opinion of the hotel The elevator was sketchy and I doubt that it has been inspected for a very long time. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Property was aware - but still booked room and knew what the problem was AC unit was super loud

The hallways smelled so bad and the elevator took us to the wrong floor everytime. The toilet wasn’t secure to the floor.

I would appreciate a little more variety, as breakfast is almost the same every day.

DESK CLERK WAS NICE JUS CAUGHT THE END O BREAKFAST MY FAULT

The room was very spacious for a family. Unfortunately the people above us thought it was okay to jump around all night so very noisy.

The rooms are spacious and nice. The noise is ridiculous. We did not sleep good at all. We were right across from the elevator on second floor. All you heard all night was loud loud footsteps. It was very bad.

Had the wrong room. Front desk was very unfriendly. Hallways and elevator dirty.
