Ultimately a nice hotel that I still didn’t feel was worth the money when compared to what competitors in the general area were charging. Restaurant closed earlier than advertised. There was some added on $5 charge that I honestly didn’t even catch what it was for, I just said ok. A nice place that somehow managed to annoy me.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant was well prepared and service was prompt and courteous. The only odd thing we noticed was that in our ADA compliant room, the shower was not accessible. Although it had several grab bars, it was a standard step-over side tub so my disabled husband was not able to take a shower. What we usually see in an accessible room is a roll-in shower or a shower with a low-sided tub. Overall, a nice hotel we plan to visit again, but that we will ensure we specify a roll-in shower is needed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The ice machines were hard to find and they weren't working on the bottom two floors and wasn't make aware of this till long walks for nothing. should have been told at check in.
