Excellent place to stay in the Columbus, OH area. Lots of great places to eat with in walking distance. I mean like next door close. There is an excellent Japanese steak house right next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. Love this place.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to good restaurants. Staff was very kind and helpful. The parking was atrocious though. We could not find a parking spot and had to drive around for quite some time to find one.

Now I am no dummy to know the deal I paid for a year ago was why we got shipped next door.

Stay was just overnight. My daughter took her Cosmetology board test which was a short 3 minute drive. I LOVE the layout of Hyatt hotel rooms. Prefer a waffle maker at breakfast bot otherwise great stay.

Last second trip to swim because our air was broken. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! Will come again for summer birthday parties. You also can’t beat there’s a house of Japan next door.
