Great stay nice clean rooms

The bed sheets got a blood stain

Nice staff. Good pool hours. Shows some wear but wasn’t outrageous. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

Staff was nice. Everything was clean. Pool was relaxing.

The room was nice size and was very clean. I was impressed with the manager who seemed to be always present and vigilant; something I’ve never seen at other facilities at which one stayed. Cudoes to the manager, nice job.

The hotel was clean and nice. They charged me for two nights and I only booked and stayed one night. My card was initially declined because I made the reservation while we were driving and didn’t notice the alert from the card company so I had to switch credit cards at check in. The guy checking us in made a big deal about it but it happens when traveling, it’s a security check, he was able to use my ID to find the reservation, check me in and charge my other card alright. Same guy the next morning when I went to check out took my ID again told me he couldn’t find my reservation then asked how many nights I said one night, I checked in last night the 20th and was checking out this morning the 21st, he said he would send receipt. Never got it. Reached out through booking.com twice after I noticed a charge for a second night, only reserved and stayed one night. Only one guy was working a busy weekend I reserved the last room that night. One guy and he didn’t know how to use the computer or pretended not to know as at check out. He seemed to have issues checking people out. The person in front of me who waited a long time to have her issue fixed, said she also had her card charged for more than her reservation and was told the same thing as I was. She had waited for 20 minutes for him to fix her issue finally had to leave, then I waited and there was a line of 6 other people waiting to check out behind me. No additional help ever came, he made it seem like he couldn’t get the computer to work, he had no issues with it at check in. The hotel was nice but being charged double is not nice. No response from the hotel after several attempts to contact them is not nice. Now I have to dispute the charges on my credit card and they charged me more than the booking.com price for the hotel reservation.

Everything you want in a hotel - clean, helpful staff, comfortable bed, etc. Breakfast selection could be better but that is just being picky.

Good breakfast

The bathroom had hair all over the shower floor, poor drainage in shower. First floor room right outside the pool, late night parties so it was hard to sleep.

Front desk people and breakfast lady super nice. Room was nice size (two queens, couch sleeper, desk and kitchen sink area) Beds were too soft and uncomfortable. Management decided to have a staff meeting during breakfast time, employees circled around the entire lobby making it difficult for people to check out and go to and from breakfast easily.

The rooms were clean. The parking was adequate. There was a large group of youth baseball teams staying that were running up and down the hallways and roaming all over the hotel unsupervised, which I understand is not a direct reflection on the staff, however, it still impacted our stay. For breakfast the next morning, there was no coffee when we arrived at 8:30. There was a 15 minute wait before more coffee was provided. I think with this many guest at one time it would’ve been helpful to have additional staff on duty. Overall, I would rate this stay a 6.5 out of 10.

Very clean property/room- convenient location near the highway. The staff was exceptionally courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Booked for my daughter and her friends traveling across the country. She said it was very clean and nice. She also said the staff were so nice to her and her friends! Thank you!

Clean easy parking good….

We thoroughly enjoyed our room for two nights - king bed and a sectional couch. Loved the area and had many restaurants to pick from. Breakfast was also nice. Only downside was the bathroom was tiny! Had to step over toilet or into the shower to close the door! 😆

It was just okay for the price (read: too expensive). The light in our bathroom was burned out, there were holes in the drywall in the bathroom as well. The room otherwise was clean and comfortable. Check in took a long time due to computer issues but the staff were helpful. Breakfast was mediocre.

Good breakfast. Rooms are spacious. Would stay again.

Good location. Parking is easy. We appreciate we could have early check in.
