Staff was fantastic

I for sure would stay here again! Friendly staff, very clean, very very comfortable beds and pillows, rooms were spacious and breakfast was very good! Great location! Had lots of nice restaurants in walking distance to eat!

I feel like a microwave should be standard in a room with a fridge. Also, the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable

Location, easy access to interstate, restaurants, gas station I requested two blankets twice, we did not get them until after calling the front desk at ten pm and no answer, going to the front desk n no answer, not finding anyone around, we walked around and found a older, short man n asked him, he was not friendly at all, he seemed bothered. I even used the ap for my request, i thought it was a simple request. Also on the fifth floor, three young boys continued to run in the hallways, I opened our door and asked them to not do that, with one adult out there allowing this. The breakfast was so great! The room was a king suite and the bed was comfy. The wellness room was nice.

Perfect for our family!

Very nice. The only thing bad was the shower’s water pressure was almost off. Also the fan in the bathroom did not go on. The light dimmed during shower. The bathroom was way to small.

The breakfast was fantastic, staff was friendly and speedy. Everything was clean and comfortable! The pool outside was a bit dirty with leaves.

Outdoor pool area & some fixtures in the room could have used a bit of TLC. The water pressure was very low in the shower and the bedding and towels were thin. There were only 3 sets of towels (w/ 1 makeup towel) & no extra bedding (though, staff were perfectly happy to provide extras when we asked). Overall, I was happy with my stay & will definitely go again,

Very, very, Clean, spacious rooms, centrally located with restaurants in walking distance. There was nothing I did not like.

It was clean I didn’t like the staff walked in our room unannounced saying they thought we were checked out also when we were leaving the lady at the front desk stopped us and said our card declined and wanted proof we paid but if that was the case why would we even be able to get the keys to the hotel room you have to pay before you stay. I showed her my bank statement on my phone and she said ok but that was so weird and it made me feel a way like we couldn’t pay and very embarrassing also the pool was outside the pictures shows an indoor pool

TV would go out often. Bathroom was small.
