Very pleased! My daughter had her cosmetology board exam and this was literally right across the street. Clean, friendly staff, I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was nice. I found it amusing when I found a mattress pad was used as a blanket between the sheet and bedspread. I would have expected a bit more with the Hilton name.

Like the fact it’s pet friendly so I was able to bring my 2 little dogs with the family on our trip and the extra fee was a good price The Continental breakfast could of been a little better for non pork eater

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay. We came down to the Columbus for the State Fair and the Zoo. The room was clean and had all that we needed to be able to make dinner in the hotel. Additionally, the kids really loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast was a great selection! We enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again when returning to Columbus!

Everything was very well taken care of. The only thing of note was not enough pillows on the bed.

Room was damp because the AC unit is i the closet and cant expel the damp are outside ao the bed sheets always feel wet. The fire alarm light in the ceiling of the bedroom flashes randomly which woke me up in the middle of the night seceral times during my stay.

The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The toilet roll in the bathroom needs to be tightened. Breakfast was awesome. The selection of food was excellent. Based on this trip we will definitely plan to stay at the hotel again.

We had a full kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms and a pullout couch bed which helped us because our 2 older kids wont sleep together, and our baby was able to sleep good in a quiet dark room. Pool was nice and kids had lots of fun. Breakfast was good as well.

We had an AirBNB booked for the weekend that turned out to be a disaster and we needed a place quickly on a holiday weekend that would allow our dog. This place was amazing. The staff was so friendly - especially the front desk woman who was there on what I believe would be second shift - but everyone was nice and helpful. It was quiet and clean. We will definitely stay at another Homewood Suites in the future. The only thing that was wrong was the refrigerator in our room wasn't very cold. But we didn't even complain to anyone to let them know about it or ask for it to be fixed because we weren't planning on staying long.

I like everything about this hotel. I normally don’t do these types of reviews, but this one is well deserved. I had made a mistake and booked for the wrong date and they were able to get it fixed and taking care of very helpful. Very understanding. Definitely will go back.

Pool open late for adults til midnight Bed is not comfortable room is very small microwave was stain and the furnace was in the bedroom made loud noises

This hotel should do a better job of informing guests that pets are welcome. My room had a strong pet odor, so I had to be moved to another room. It would be more effective to have designated wings or floors for pet-friendly rooms instead of allowing pets in all rooms.
