This is a really great place to stay for the price. Clean, comfortable, no frills.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about the staff here, truly wish I could have this staff on every trip I take!! They made my very difficult trip not only comfortable and inviting but also helped me through a very difficult situation that led me to be on the trip. ( my dog has cancer, she had to have her leg amputated the 1st trip, the second trip I had no choice but to bring her sister with me as well and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate us. 2nd trip was for her 1st round of chemo) truly the sweetest employees at a hotel I’ve EVER experienced and I’m so grateful for all they did for us!! I will NEVER stay anywhere else when I come to Dublin, years ago before Covid this was our favorite as well excellent service, excellent staff EXCELLENT accommodations!!!! THANK YOU for your kindness, the warmth you showed us and your help!! It was so very much appreciated!! (My baby miss CRAZY Gracie is doing well)

THIS PLACE SUCKS AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL The overall experience sucked! Front desk doesnt keep up with check out dates and the attitudes are just NASTY

The room was no clean at all, as soon as you open the door there is a extreme weed smell inside if you go with kids it doesn’t look like a safe place to be. Trash bag outside the other doors, property inside looks like door broken/damage.

Hi, I booked a Standard King Handicapped Accessible room. They gave me room 724- It was on the 2nd floor—only stair access. Nothing was accessible to me and my wheelchair in this room. I could not get up the stairs without sitting on each step and pushing myself up each one going backwards—12 Steps I had to do that for. The staff was awful and told me too bad. WHO would put a WHEELCHIR users accessible room on the 2nd floor with NO ELVATOR!

Need an elevator for 2nd floor!

Only gripe was they was no Continental breakfast served Sunday morning after our stay. Other than that every thing was awesome!

Close to where I needed to go and it had a full kitchen. Furniture was dirty and damaged. Couch had holes in it. Black mold around the tub. Water damage to ceiling by windows. Microwave handle was broke off. Window screens had holes in them. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Dirty flooring n base boards. Toilet paper holder was coming out the wall.

Nothing. Vile.

Very nice location

Staff was rude. Early check in wasn’t available. Allowed pitbull to roam in lobby, unsafe. Wouldn’t stay there in the future

Staff was amazing. Parking was okay. Kitchen was cool. Bathroom had hair in tub, the faucets were wobbly, the clean towel was full of someone's hair. The bed was definitely NOT a king. It was supposed to be a king and it was a queen. It was frigid when we walked in. 54 degrees. Had to turn the heat on just to get it to a comfortable temp. The bathroom curtain kept opening on me while showering, the plug for the bathtub drain was janky and didnt work, so bathing my toddler was annoying. They did not refill the body wash that is in the shower. The towels are tiny. Not very adult friendly with those. They should rlly get some bigger towels. Other than that, it was cool. Was only there one night so no biggie.

Arrived to find that they had no elevators, despite advertising them, and wheelchair access. They quickly changed all their sites after I pointed it out and contacted the ADA, but not until after arguing with me while smelling like weed and cigarettes, saying that I should have called and made a special request for a first floor unit. They magically had one room left on the ground floor, but when I went to look at it, it was insecure with the door propped open, and the room smelled of baked on smoke, and the carpets had giant stains on them. Embarrassing!!

Staff was great! Just an older hotel but it was a great price for the night

The door handle to the unit we stayed in was broken, and the deadbolt wouldn’t lock. The whole property smelled musty. There were mud or blood splatters on the wall and hairs on the toilet. It really feels more like an extended stay hotel where people live long term than a hotel in a nice part of town. I should have done more research and not stayed here.

Good parking, could park close enough to your room where I was staying. The staff was nice enough when I asked for a different room. I had room 212 at the beginning and walked in and it was awful. Stains everywhere the shower was a mess and had what looked like a white film on it. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. The place is also not kept ever well sidewalks had mud puddles and smelled like old trash. The hallway smelled funny but when got into room cleared up.
