Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin

The stay we had here was almost perfect, but unfortunately there was an incident in the middle of the night and it was handled unacceptably. I am not usually one to complain about service but the front desk was incredibly rude. In the middle of the night, the smoke alarm in our room started chirping for low battery. I went down to the front desk to ask if it could be changed and right away she had a bad attitude. She said she “didn’t do heights” which confused me. I asked if there was anyone available and she said “I’ll just give you a battery” as if I was meant to know what kind of battery that it takes. I was incredibly tired and stressed out from the interaction. I do not think it is acceptable to ask a guest to do any maintenance work when they are at a hotel property. I was panicked thinking that I was accidentally going to set off the smoke alarm while trying to change the battery. It may not be the biggest deal to most people, but I deal with bad OCD and it caused me to have a panic attack in the middle of the night. I was hoping to enjoy a stress free anniversary with my partner but it was just more than disappointing

Clean and comfortable. Easy to get around and about. They charge for over night parking should be included with the stay…

the front desk notified me and was able to switch my room for me. who still has smoking rooms in 2026? and the rooms looked like straight from 1990s no smart tvs at all.

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast. My only beef was that we had to pay $10 to park which I thought was a ridiculous add on fee. The hotel is located right off an expressway and is not in competition for parking. They have a huge parking lot. The $10 fee made no sense. You only see parking fees in downtown areas or areas with limited parking or competition for parking. No one who wasn't a guest in the hotel would park there.

Truly a great & beautiful hotel. Rooms were large, pool was great, wide variety of breakfast. Absolutely no complaints & would stay again!

I didn't have a chance to like anything. I made a reservation and my room was paid for in advance. I didn't have a chance to enjoy anything for my birthday. The reservation was made and there was no room. The hotel was completely booked and my room wasn't available that I paid for. I traveled from over an hour away and had no choice but to go back home. I was not happy at all!!!

Great location and nice made to order breakfast. Enjoyed the restaurant and bar! Room was generally clean and spacious but could use some overall updates. I’d recommend staying and would stay again.

When we first checked in, the room had clearly not been cleaned at all. The bed was dirty and unmade, and we had to call the front desk to let them know. We were informed that they had put us in a room that had not been scheduled to be cleaned. We were moved, however the new room had an odor and on top of that, we had no hot water for showers. We also requested an extra blanket for the pullout bed, but the blanket we were given was extremely stiff and scratchy and not comfortable to sleep with. I want to emphasize that the staff we dealt with was very nice and did their best to help, and I appreciate that. However, between being given an uncleaned room and then having no hot water with uncomfortable bedding and smell, the stay did not meet the standard we expected from Embassy Suites.

Room was great. No issues. Very strong water pressure in the shower. Fridge microwave. Separate room with the two beds in it. Living room with pull out bed had its own tv. We went to breakfast both morning there. Loved the made to order omelets! We didn’t use the pool or bar but it looked nice. Front desk guy was very friendly and upbeat. Had no Complaints.
