We had no bedding for second bed, no k cups in room for coffee and no cups. Trash can was tiny. Breakfast ran out first day of being there before breakfast bar was supposed to close down. Pool was not heated or even close to being warm, tv signal didn't work half the time and other little maintenance projects.

nice pace , would stay again

There was a daily charge for parking which I've never had for a suburban property with surface parking. Kind of absurd, really. There was never any maid service provided even though I stayed for 3 nights. The exercise facility was closed throughout my entire stay due to construction. If I would have known I would have stayed at another property. On balance, it was a disappointing experience.

Hilton have downgraded their standards! The room was bit smelly ; the AC was throwing the bad odor. The wall and doors were smashed or had marks on them

TV signal was out the last 2 days. The coverlet was dirty. out of lotion, shampoo etc and they just left them in room and I could not figure out how to put them in the unit they needed to be in. No cups in the bathroom to rinse for brushing teeth.

The hotel overall was not cleaned well. Bedside table dirty, bathroom just ok but I tried not to look real hard. Ice machine broke on our floor. TV went out and reloading every 5-10 secs unless you were on local channels like 3 or 5. Friends of ours had the same experience as above. On the second night key card wouldn’t work. Had to go back down to have it re-scanned. In the lobby there was a dead fly on the couch. If you didn’t look too close, it was OK. I would not stay there again.

The hotel was well placed and beautiful. The rooms were comfortable. Everything was great. Only issues, ice machine was down, and Direct TV was out more than on when we wanted to watch TV. THE rest, perfect.

Since Hilton’s computer system went down the staff was amazing at adapting and still providing excellent customer service. The room was clean. The TV didn’t work too well. Constantly losing signal. Overall an excellent experience.

Also be aware, the beds are on platforms that will take your shins and knees off.

We didn’t get any sleep it sounded like people were stomping around and kicking walls all night long until 2:30 in the morning a loud boom happens and their fire alarm starts going off and everyone has to evacuate (again). On our way out there was water leaking from the ceiling so likely a pipe burst or something. Firefighters got there took about an hour and around 4:30 I finally was able to sleep. My girlfriend didn’t sleep at all at the hotel. Management wasn’t even there the next day to talk to people after a bad night for the hotel because it was a Sunday. I would never stay here again
