Other than the bathroom being a little tired...which lets face it, it could be brand new and the way products wear and people treat them it could look tired in a weekend...it was awesome. The lobby is a show stopper, the parking is a no brainer, the pool...okay...let's talk about the pool. It's not deep, you have access to the loveliest little courtyard from it and they have a built in accessibility lift!!! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and some fancy ones at that, all over north America and Europe...I have never seen this. So impressed. The room was great, well appointed, the bed was firm but I slept like a log so what can I say...can't be that bad. And the cookies...hello...I did not know about Double Tree cookies...I might never stay at another hotel again. Oh and there's onsite guest laundry...which if you're traveling with kids or pets you know this is a plus. Michael and Chintin on front desk are amazing; so attentive, polite and conscientious- if you called while I was checking out I apologize, but I sincerely from the bottom of my heart appreciate the respect and restraint shown in not answering that call and finishing the checkout process with me instead. And Michael in the restaurant...the breakfast was already delicious (hot breakfast), but I've had less attentive service in a high end restaurant. I have to say I was very, very impressed by my entire experience. 1 star off for the slightly tired bathroom and the price of your incredible cookies to take home.

Th hotel was welcoming, clean and comfortable. It was an easy stay for a business trip. Parking was easy and free. The facility seemed updated or new and overall tastefully done. The work out room was nice as well. The restaurant seemed a bit unwelcoming in regards to decor. The breakfast was too expensive. We did not try it. We would have enjoyed it if it was included in the price we paid. The pool was not a lap pool and the chlorine was too strong so we did not use it.

It was a very nice but there was an order that was messed up at dinner they did not offer a free meal for us. My son is allergic to blue cheese. The room did not have an automatic blind switch. The cookies were good. It was a bit pricey for what we received.

Checking in and out. Very simple. Great showers! Quiet place. Helpful staff who laughed at my dad jokes!

The staff was fly...everybody was very nice and it didn't seem like they were just pretending..I think they were just nice employees It was a Lil more expensive than I thought for a Thursday. But ....still very nice and enjoyable stay!!!

Clean property! Elevator little slow, wasn't happy no continental breakfast. No one told me thst I have to pay gor breakfast!

The design and cleanliness of the hotel was on point. I wish breakfast was a little bit cheaper or included with the hotel room stay.

Great experience!

The check in was fast. We didn’t use any of the amenities. We were not in our room or at the hotel much. Our room could have been a bit cleaner. There was dirt and cobwebs under the bathroom sink and hair in the shower. Other than that, our stay was great!

Everyone was really nice. Everyone was really accommodating. I don’t know her name, but I wanna personally think the girl at the counter that helped us check in and then was there on and off when I was needing something.
