Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Columbus - Dublin 

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and my wife and I got Awesome rest! We didn’t use any of the amenities, so I couldn’t give a proper evaluation for them. I will be staying again next time I’m in the area! 10/10!

The TV in the room would work for a few minutes and then just shut off . Sometimes it could be turned back on and other times I had no TV service

Our first room smelled like cigarettes so they gave us another room and the second room’s door was open when we walked in and they were stains all over the bed and the manager went and looked at them and said there weren’t, but it was a lie and we got no refund because they never answered my complaint.

I would not recommend this hotel to others, as I found the cleanliness to be very poor."

The staff were friendly and kind, the room looked perfect, parking was easy. The issue we had is that by the time we left, my son had several bites all over his body that look like bed bug bites. There were 2 beds in our room and we didn’t get any bites in ours, but my son is covered.

Door had a gap on bottom so every bug could come in the room and tons of ants by air conditioner. Rug by bed was stained. Do better for the money you charge.

The only good thing was the proximity to the Zoo which was the purpose of our visit.

The check in process was ridiculous. There was only one employee for the entire facility after 3 pm - on a Friday! She chattered away in the phone on what sounded like a personal call for several minutes while I stood and waited. Terrible service overall

Staff was very helpful and friendly The room had a musty smell and vending machine lacked choices

There was zero hand soap, one roll of TP, and when they serviced room, never made beds, just added towels Housekeeping was less than acceptable

Floors were VERY DIRTY. Had to throw away socks. Lots of bugs in bathroom. Iron wasn’t usable.

I like that it was quiet No breakfast offered, hair in the tub, shower didn't work, extended my stay and my keys weren't working after 11am even tho I paid for 3 extra hours, had to go to office to reactivate which was inconvenient, even tho I extended my stay at 6am, the keys were deactivated at 11 am even tho I had the room til 2 pm.. and from 11:30 -1:30 staff kept trying to come in to clean our room even tho we extended our check out. They knocked on the door twice and woke me up both times. i guess poor communication from the office to the housekeepers

Nice hotel. Clean and ac worked well. Like more reasonable hotels as they provide mic, refri,and wifi for free.

Clean room and facility

My recent stay was overall okay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit, which I appreciated. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floor was noticeably dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. While the stay was acceptable overall, improving room cleanliness would make a significant difference.

Location was perfect for our needs. Floors were dirty and sticky, tv wasn’t working, room smelled of nicotine and pot, used dirty wash cloth in the shower, staff were Haitian and didn’t speak English, door was very hard to open and place was run down and beat up.

Front desk was kind and helpful. There was only one bedside table. The room appeared to be clean, but our feet were black when we got in the shower--probably from the carpet runners. There was no counter to put toiletries on in the bathroom. There was the sink with exposed plumbing and that was it. The towels were hung on the toilet's handicapped rails instead of on the towel rack. Yuck.

Noise home,bath isnt good.Tv no work .this rooms price high but room for poor people
