The Hotel did not have a large TV. The refrigerator has grease all over it. The Hotel was adamant about paying. Would not work with me on the price of the room.

My room had a broken door on the dresser that needs to be replaced or repaired. Other than that, the room was fine.And the staff was friendly.

The price No lounge are. Breakfast was very minimal. Asked for more items for the 4 room but could only have 1.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff was pleasant even with dealing those ahead of me with issues that needed to be addressed. The room was clean and comfortable. AC worked great. No issues. Quiet location that felt very safe after dark. We were in town for the Dublin Irish Festival/Columbus Feis and were very pleasantly surprised to find a shuttle stop directly across the street. Would definitely book here again.

Nothing at all. My experience was very bad. the facility is not clean anywhere. smells really bad. very old out dated and nasty. I asked on the second day to have my room cleaned, they want to schedule it on the day I am leaving. I had to carry dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. service is zero.

The location was perfect, very close to my family event. The room was clean and the location quiet- my cousins at the Marriott had to contend with college kids playing basketball outside their window all night. There weren't any glasses for drinking water, etc

The hotel was pleasantly quiet. No highway noise. No loud guests.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the property is under construction and noisy and a lot of construction mess. This was not disclosed in the booking. I was unable to sleep due to noise. Rooms were humid and hot with ac on.

Location from the zoo. The room was in sad condition. Everything needed to be upgraded. There was a chair in the room that had fecal matter on it from the previous guest. It was late at night when we discovered this and we told the front desk in the morning. She told us the room was getting remodeled and we were the last guests. That the previous guest stayed for two years! Why wasn't the room checked before renting it out to us?

Hotel is outdated but overall no issues with the anything.

1) Check-in attendee was excellent on May 26, 2026 @ 7pm. 2) Location was good for easy highway access. Negatives: 1) Toilet would not flush/fill up automatically. Had to take off tank lid and manually adjust. 2) Bathtub had about 10 long black hairs. 3) Three out of four accent lights had burned out light bulbs. 4) In the morning, woke up to flying ants crawling on the bed. Opened the curtains and the window ledge was crawling with them and small ants.
