Check in was nice, was given couple bottles of water and some cookies. Staff were friendly. Pool was clean and water temp comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing fantastic but plenty to eat. The location was great. Close easy drive to historic Dublin. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Nice river walk. It was nice having a full size fridge for leftovers and beverages.

I didn’t get to stay as my ac unit was broke and the hotel said they were sold out and didnt have any other rooms to switch me too.
-
Good location. Nice employees. First room had no ac. Checked multiple rooms and ac was not working in them either. Finally found one woth an operational ac and changed room. Everything was fine after that. No other complaints.

Coffee/tea station is a tray thing so you can't do your own. Something to boil water would be nice.

We picked this hotel for the style of suite available. We were happy with the two bed/two bath setup. Would have loved a bunk bed room, there are no bunk room suites in Columbus that I could find. We were very happy with the location, this long stay hotel is perfectly located behind a grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, and really delicious restaurants! We loved Jason’s Deli and Romeo’s Pizza. I have never entered a dirtier hotel room outside of a budget/discount/motel. There was so much dust around the bed and headboard it appeared no one had stayed there in a while, and at the same time there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher (food on the utensils and unused soap loaded in the tray) and pubic hair on the floor of the shower, making it seem like someone had just left. Clean dishes and a thoroughly rinsed shower floor really just feel like the bare minimum. The floors were dirty, with popcorn kernels, dead bugs, sauce stains, etc. The sides of appliances also had sauce and dust coating them. I have no problem with the old stains, wears and tears, but the rooms were all just dirty.

Beware they will charge you for parking. $7 a day. Was not in any of the communication before stay. Hotel was good. Close to Zoo.

This hotel was expensive for one night (about $300) so I expected more. The rooms are nice but that AC is soooo loud. It was the loudest compressor ever! I couldn't sleep. It was a terrible night for me. I also strongly recommend you clean the shower heads in the property. There are years of calcification and dirt on that nozzle. Finally why in the world would you charge parking fees in Dublin Ohio? Really guys? is charging $7 really worth doing for a guy who paid $300 for one night? Ohio is nothing but ample space and you're not downtown. Staff was kind, there is just no way you're sleeping with that loud AC compressor.
