Rooms were clean, Staff was friendly. Pool didn't open till night before we left which was disappointing as didn't know it was closed for remodeling when booked and weightroom was also closed till 2nd day we were there made boring for an athlete that needs to work out

Swimming pool was closed for repair - if I had known this, I would have booked a different hotel

I do wish they’d upgrade their toilet paper choices-I’ve never seen a 1/2 ply toilet paper before. They are remodeling the gym area and the pool so they were both closed during our stay but we understood and didn’t mind. Their breakfast was very nice. I especially enjoyed the cheesy puffed eggs (kinda like a small quiche). Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. Close to the zoo if you’re going there. Would definitely recommend!

The facilities were fine even though we had a leak in our a/c unit and the floor on one side of the bed was continuously wet. Breakfast was unorganized and chaotic, things were not kept up and clean. The people at the front desk were helpful, and even let us take the maintenance cart to get our bags.

The room was very comfortable and clean although a bit noisy facing the road. The only thing we were really disappointed in was the breakfast…very few choices and the choices were ok at best. But aside from that very convenient and a nice stay.

Aside from your expected hotel service, there was a woman by the name of Jessica working the front desk who went absolutely above and beyond what she needed to help us. We had some vehicle trouble which turned our check out day into a nightmare but thanks to her she made it easier. We had our 4 young kids with us temperature was about 93° outside and despite being passed our check out time she let our kids swim while we figured out towing for our vehicle, she also offered us cold waters and let our kids have some lucky charms. She was a light during a dark time for sure. Most hotels worry more about their profits and forget their humanity. We will never forget the level of hospitality we received. If I am ever back in the area we will gladly book again and I will recommend this hotel to all friends and family. Thank you home 2 suites in Dublin!!!

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a great way to start the day with a nice variety of options. The hotel is located in a clean, quiet, and safe area, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable place to stay.

Trash left on the floor of the room, furniture visibly worn, debris in bed. Pool was cloudy—couldn’t see bottom of 3 ft pool.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The hotel was clean and quiet and very family friendly. My kids loved the waffles for breakfast!

This was our first time staying at a Hilton Home 2 Suites and we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities, cleanliness, and space that we had in our room. Our kids loved the extra couch space which could be partitioned off with the curtain. Everyone loved the soap scents and I appreciated the cleanliness and newness of the bathrooms. We already plan to stay at this hotel anytime we are in the Columbus area and will continue to look for this hotel during future travels.
