Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Dublin

All of the staff was amazing and very helpful, friendly and supportive.

There was only one person working at the front desk and "restaurant" both when we arrived at 10pm and went down for breakfast at 9:15am. We were told that breakfast was until 9:30 but the grill had closed at 9:00.

Rooms all on one floor, wrap around but can pull your car close and enter close to your room by key fab. Clean room, clean facility. Private lounging areas which is cool.

Air conditioning not working

Although the King Suite was large and comfortable, the facility was built in a square with a very large center courtyard. This meant a lot of walking to get from the front desk to your room if it was on the opposite end of the building. Also the 3 story hotel only had one elevator which meant if the elevator were to break, which it did, then there is no elevator at all. So had to lug a lot of belongings down 2 floors. Horrible design of a building. Would NOT stay here again. One elevator for one.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Real glasses and a mini fridge, a balcony overlooking the courtyard. All in all a very nice place in a very good area

It had a one night stay. Clean & comfortable room... I was disappointed that even a minimal breakfast wasn't included.

I think this hotel might be in a transition. There wasn’t WiFi on our stay. We waited at the front desk for several minutes while the attendants at the desk completed a project. There were several things out of order. The parking lot had a fairly decent sized hole in by one of the drains.

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. The rooms weren’t ready/clean. It would have been helpful to know before we left CoSi and got to the hotel at 3:30 that our room wasn’t going to be ready until closer to 5. We could have adjusted our schedule better. The room was okay. The tub didn’t drain and there was some kind of debris floating in the bottom. Mattresses were in okay shape (some stains and hairs). Sheets seemed clean. 4 people on the room and only 3 towels. Not a huge deal, but we didn’t want to wait for another towel because they were definitely already understaffed.

Complimentary breakfast NOT offered. Toilet in 155 flushes weakly & poorly. It also has a slow dripping leak. Several dead trees & bad spots in the sidewalks.
