Didn’t like any of it. The room was very dirty and had roaches. Had to leave right after arrival. Could leave young children in that environment.

Location was good. Room was old and in desperate need of updating. Only one elevator. Handicap door openers on front door didn’t work. Air conditioner in room was very noisy and blew right on bed. Kitchen was not furnished with any dishes or utensils although there was a notice that you could ask for such.

Staff Room 217 was not suitable for any guests

We stayed for two nights. I was surprised that the towels were not changed so we had wet towels the next day. Also the trash was not emptied daily. Again the trash can was overflowing. Room is not layed out well. If someone wants to use the bathroom late at night and turns on the light, the person sleeping facing the bathroom area gets woken up. I was expecting at least a glass or two or maybe a plate, but this is not that kind of motel. No dish soap--just a dish towel. I guess anyone staying has to bring in whatever they need to use. I use a walker and could not get it into the bathroom area due to a large dresser blocking the area near the bed. Handicap buttons to open the doors did not work. From the outside the place is nice to look at.

I liked that there was a fridge, and that everything was decently clean. Wifi worked easily. The bed and pillows were saggy and old and didn't offer support. I couldn't find a trash can in the room. Breakfast was very underwhelming.

The room was great. Hotel in good shape. But the handicap button for the door did not work. Thankfully neither my husband or myself weren’t in a wheel chair but this did make bringing in heavy luggage a struggle. There was no cart to use. The front desk said they had one but didn’t know where it was and didn’t seem to care as we struggled in and had to make multiple trips. My husband is 85 and they watched us and didn’t make an effort to find the cart or help. I know it’s not their job but you’d think common courtesy would come into play.

I was moving between states and changed my arrival time about twice, which they told me was fine. Eventually I told staff I would arrive after checkout time the next morning but asked if they could facilitate me taking a shower. I thought this was the least that they could have done since I didn't use the room I had paid for. Even if they had me use the shower from another vacated room, that would have been fine. I was met with a resounding no. They just lost more business I will be bringing to the area. For sure.

Nothing. I never got to stay there because my room was not available even though I booked it back in March. Instead of a room with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa for 6 people including my significant other and our 4 children. Instead, I got there and they had changed my reservation to two queen rooms separate from each other “close in vicinity”. That was not going to work for us. Also, The property (front desk worker Tito) checked in another party under my reservation without checking photo ID and proceeded to run my credit card under the room they “accidentally” gave away. The whole experience was terrible and I had to find last minute lodging at 10:15pm with small, very tired children. I will never recommend Extended Stay ever!

The carpets in the hallways and room was very dirty. The trash cans were overflowing. The elevator was out of order, and the towels were stained.

The entire place smelled like cigarettes and weed, in the rooms and in the hallway. Which is unfortunate since it is a “smoke-free” facility. That place is a Crime Stoppers paradise and an after-school special waiting to happen. What a joke.

The room stinked. The air was broken. The furniture was stained and very old. The elevator was broken. The grounds had trash everywhere.
