Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles International Airport by IHG

We’ve stayed here several times because it’s convenient to family we came to visit. An indoor swimming pool helps keep the children happy and an on-site restaurant is quite helpful.

Near the airport with parking & a nice sized indoor pool. Friendly helpful staff & even a laundry. I wish the pool would open a bit longer. Very pleased with the room it was very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. I will stay there again !

Everything was Amazing. The pool, jacuzzi the bar and band. The breakfast not ..

They charged me three times the incidental rate when the mail Indian clerk said it was a deposit for incidentals which I took a video of how clean it was when we left. they gave me the runaround on seven different phone calls, an American manager finally answered and said I wasn’t supposed to be charged, he admitted it. I should not have had to call for four days in a row because of this with nobody trying to help me back until I got Nasty with them.

Was nice. Mattress was old and saggy. Carpet in room was old and dirty. Otherwise fine

My room smelled like smoke, from the bathroom. I told the front desk and they said I was mistaken. The deadbolt was not working. Again the front desk was not concerned. I found a maintenance person the next morning and he fixed it. Night front desk staff

Light around the building we’re out. They did to replaced those bulbs specially when you arrive at night. Not safe

I liked best the O Malleys restaurant within the building, the easy to access and relatively quite rooms.

The pictures make it look a lot more newer than it was in person. It’s pretty dated and really dirty. Many hotels in the surrounding DC area are dated but at least affordable this one was expensive and dirty, huge stains on the floors and it took like 5 minutes to walk to the room. I wouldn’t recommend. Stay farther away from the airport and you’ll get way better deals.

The bathroom to room 1146 where we stayed the first night overflowed and they didn’t even bother to send maintenance. I had to walk to the front desk to request to be moved to another room.

I’m never using Expedia again. Good bye.
