Best Western Dulles Airport Inn

Their shuttle services to and from the airport were horrible. We were stuck in a very strong thunderstorm for 45 min, the driver showed up late, when he did get there my husband waved at him to let him know we were coming, bent down to grab his luggage, looked up and the driver was gone. Thankfully another hotel shuttle was kind enough to take us to ours. I called the front desk to schedule a ride for the following morning, got out there right at the time discussed only to find out they left early and we had to wait 30 min to get the next one. Was not good at all.

This is a convent and clean place to stay

Close to the airport with an excellent buffet. Frequent shuttles. Nice staff!

Convenient spot, good breakfast, clean rooms.

Thank you Melinda outstanding customer service however we stayed 3 nights and we had to look at how to dispose trash by ourself. We asked and was told they were not taking cleaning services as they were short staffed. No one provided cleaning services throughout the stay.

Overall, the place was safe and although the buildings are old, it was a perfect place for all of us to stay for a night.

Other than that, the room was fine and I like that I was able to park right in front of the room. One more thing, the airport shuttle is awesome.

The bathroom had a sewer oder, the microwave and refrigerator were located in an inconvenient place, and the TV wasn’t working. I had to call the desk to tell them the cable wasn’t turned on. There were many smokers near the door and the smell permeated into my room.

Excellent stay for visiting family and sightseeing in Washington D.C. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and it was a nice, convenient location. A great value for what you pay.

Stayed here 4 nights while visiting relatives in Ashburn. Excellent location to shopping and grocery. Near train into DC. Breakfast was great! The room was "eh" The carpet gave me an unclean feeling, but I liked the fluffy pillows. I didn't like the motel style setting, but at least the parking was right in front of our room. Will stay here again because of the good location and good rates.

Air conditioning is working properly and rooms looks pretty old. Didn’t like at all
