Very good hotel… has free shuttle to Dulles airport… free breakfast… nice clean room… friendly staff

Nice outdoor lounging space as well. We loved everything !! Just suggesting the bed to be a little softer.

Cleanest of All is my requirement to sleep and feel at ease, this property was just that with great staff at the check in.

Breakfast has a good offering. Sam at the front desk is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Only downside no soap. Ran out.

The hotel is very clean and all the staff are wonderful. If you need anything the staff is there for you.

This hotel checked all of our boxes. Free parking, breakfast and a pool. Plus a basketball court!!!

Clean. The place had been refurbished recently. The extra room in the suites is definitely worth it.

I was not informed that room service occurred every other day, not daily. I could not access the internet or get the tv remote to work. The room was acceptable, but not noteworthy. The AC was either too cold or too hot with only one degree’s change at the thermostat. Three days of temps in the upperv90’s with high humidity combined to make me just want to go home!

Overall, I would stay here again because the customer service was excellent. However, I would avoid using the hot tub. During our stay, I developed a gastrointestinal illness, another person in my party developed hot tub folliculitis, and a third ended up with a UTI. Two out of the three of us required antibiotics afterward.

My family 6 and we have 10 suitcase. I called them before heading to airport to pick up the car and they confirmed they have it. And I confirm before start to finalize the reservation. And they confirmed they have the car. After finish everything they offer me smaller car and they screw up my entire trip because I had to go rent a cargo van to take care of the luggage’s and rent for the rest of family small car. Very inconvenient

The room was a perfect size for 4 adults. The staff was friendly.
