Hampton Inn & Suites Washington-Dulles International Airport

Room was a little bit dated and needed some minor painting and the beds are pretty firm which didn't work out well for me. Nice hotel.

Room was very clean and staff was welcoming. The breakfast was very bland.

The hotel staff was very helpful with all of our questions and accommodations.

We needed a hotel for an early flight out of Dulles

Pleasant building. It was quiet the central heat and air was pleasant. The breakfast was well presented. And the coffee was good. The bed was comfortable. I was in a corner room in the building with a king I had no suitcase rack. Just foot stools. I made do with a shower. Yet I would have preferred a bath tub. I couldn’t see that in booking.com.

From Staff, to the cleanliness of the room and to the breakfast, all led to a wonderful visit.

Sink is very high and hooks are high above the toilet.

Gym was terrible, and pool was closed. Both were misrepresented on booking.com. Worst breakfast I have ever seen. All high sugar and high fat.

Convienent to airport. Really good breakfast.

Property was very low standard. Amenities were basic and service was not up to par. First of all, the first room was all the way at the end of the hall through a door that could be closed off from the rest of the hotel. For a woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel safe from the start. Then the room was right next to the highway. I could hear every single car and semi truck the passed all night and morning. I did not get any rest the first night. Went down stairs the next morning to ask that my room be changed and was told they could, but I would need to wait until 3 pm. No problem…I decided to leave the property and spend time out and about. Came back and apparently the guy forgot that I was promised another room, and tried to get me to move to the room right above the original room. Same problem different floor. I declined and ended up having to wait a couple of hours before another room was ready. This was a better room because of noise, but again at the very end of the hall with a separate door that could be closed off from the rest of the hotel guest and it had a joining room next to it. I would tell women traveling alone or with children do not stay at this location. Seems shady or at the very least they are not concerned with your safety. No cameras throughout the halls or elevators, so unless you are with a group be careful. I would not recommend or book here again.

Swiming pool. Big room. Breakfast lacks options.

Our room did not have a table to eat at. No comfy chairs or a couch, which was uncomfortable watching tv.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Nice to be able to do our own laundry near our room. Short drive to shopping/restaurants. Coffee in the lounge reception area was not always hot.
