Staff Parking

Made a reservation and no room was available when I arrived. I had to find another hotel from the lobby at night while it was raining.

Bad

The front desk staff was very prompt and friendly. The ceiling was falling off in 2 places, the wall and baseboard were damaged, and the room looked very rough.

Clean, with friendly staff. Breakfasts were identical each day. Scrambled eggs overcooked. The tea and coffee machine in the room was a bit weird compared with other places we have stayed. Not a kettle, but a single-cup water boiler. We struggled with the airport shuttle pickup as we had to make a second call to get collected from IAD

Everything was satisfactory with my stay here. I would return if the need ever arises. I liked having a market and Burger King so close. The gym was adequate for my needs.

Proximity to the airport. I also recommend that they should have a WhatsApp listing for easier communication for those customers that only have mobile data access

Our stay here was fantastic, especially considering the price we paid. The room was perfectly clean, and we were really impressed by the nice selection at breakfast each morning. Having both free Wi-Fi and free parking included was a massive bonus that saved us a lot of extra hassle and expense.The only minor downside is that the property is a bit old and showing its age in some areas. However, the excellent service from the staff and the quality of the other amenities completely made up for it. If you are looking for great comfort and hospitality without breaking the bank, this place is an absolute bargain. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was a bit late for us having to leave by 7. Just a few minutes earlier would help.

The airport shuttle started at 8:15 when I needed to be at the airport at 6 AM so I had to book an Uber. I also did not like the incredible amount of mold in the room. I had a sinus infection and could not smell anything until the following morning.

Everything was excellent. Very comfortable bed nice clean room. Location was great Breakfast was a bit late for us having to leave by 7. Just a few minutes earlier would help.
