Close to airport,friendly staff, clean Would have liked more protein, options without sugar and more fruit. There were only oranges that have seen better days. Also, noisy fan/ light in the bathroom, put 2switches so one could go to the bathroom at night without waking anyone else

I have stayed at other hotels with the same name and was charged $22 for the same amount of hours. I guess my Gold status didn't matter. Same night as arrival, the lotion bottle was empty and no service for two days. Happy l took our own supplies. Continental breakfast - coffee too cold and one morning, no regular coffee, pot empty. I l, as the guest shouldn't have to notify you that you were out of coffee. I definitely would not recommend or stay there again

Nothing I never stayed here. I was told by the staff member that there was no longer any rooms available The staff member never allowed me to stay at this hotel.

It also took FOREVER to get a shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel.

My only complaints are that the room had a strange odor when I first entered, almost like someone had been cooking something, and the pillows were extremely flat which made sleeping somewhat difficult.

The shuttle driver was asking us for a tip when he didn’t even lift to put the bags in the van. It made no sense to me. Also, the breakfast was not what i was expecting at all. Just bagels and cereal. No real other hot foods. Reception was nice though

Clean & hygienic, limited breakfast options but coffee/ tea was available all the time in the pantry. No coffee makers/ microwave ovens in the room.

Room could have been a little bigger. Kind of cramped for three people. Breakfast should have been better at this price point. No eggs for breakfast was a let down.

The only thing I believe the management has to address is having a conversation with the night courtesy shuttle driver. Not only did we helped him to load and unload the luggage, he asked for a tip, followed us to the reception and waited until we payed him. After almost an 8 hours flight, we weren’t expecting this situation or being put into this position.
