Plenty of food options for breakfast. The bed was so uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep.

Clean rooms, friendly staff.

The room was okay but the beds were really hard! Pool was very cold.

While clean, the room smelled very musty and the air conditioning seemed to make it worse. Breakfast was horrible. Came down first day before 9 am and everything was empty. Needed to tell the front desk person there was no food. Her reaction was “oh”. About 10 minutes later a person showed up to refill eggs and sausage - they were cold. Next day was half cooked scrambled eggs and cold sausage links. Didn’t bother on the third morning.

The stay was nice; we had an issue with the TV. However, the staff took care of the issue in a timely manner,

It was a great, no frills stay. Good breakfast, clean room, friendly staff. A little pricey, but all Duluth hotels are.

Room was pretty clean but really just felt kind of damp our whole stay. Multiple broken things in the room. Like cabinet hinges and shelves swelled from water damage. Both luggage carts were barely rollable. They still have COVID messages in the rooms which is weird. Breakfast itself was good but when it turns 10am the workers rudly kick you out at 10:01 so they can eat their breakfast in private. Also workers smoking cigarettes in front of the hotel seems not great. Pool was nice enough just a little small. Overall a decent hotel but I wouldn't expect much when you book here.

Clean room. No smell. Would be nice if no carpet, part of the room was wood tile/vinyl.

Room was clean. Quiet location. Close to shopping.

Impressed with the place and staff. Jason at the teception was very helpful. I love that they have coffee, water, and tea at the lobby available to us 24/7. Would come back during our next roadtrips

Had a pleasant 6-night stay here. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and comfy. Continental breakfast was delicious with many different options to choose from.

Everyone was so friendly. Answered any questions we had. Gave us directions when we needed them. Our room was clean, the breakfasts were delicious! The pool was a big hit with the grandkids & parents. The parking lot was clean and well lit. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for making us feel at home!
