Holiday Inn Express & Suites Duluth North - Miller Hill by IHG

All the Staff were very nice and accommodating! Check in was smooth, room was nice and comfortable, free hot breakfast a plus. Everything we needed for our holiday weekend with kids. Would stay again if we go back to town.

The staff were so nice. We came to run Grandma's Marathon and they had the place decorated, welcome bags in our room and an extra early breakfast for the runners! It made the stay even better!

Friendly, helpful staff. Ease of check in& or. Delicious breakfast with plentiful options to choose from. The 24 hr gym and hot tub/pool was a plus. The sitting areas outdoor with fire pit was pleasant. The support for the running community and decorations and goody bags made with runners in mind were so much appreciated and tshirts were too cute and one of a kind not found at the expo!

Nice hotel and great location.

Nice and new parking lot. The check-in process was fast and friendly. Elevators were clean, hallways were clean and fresh smelling, nice rooms, love the heat and air control options (digital and in the wall not the unit). Excellent breakfast options, liked that you could use the lobby for eating, outdoor fireplace and patio for eating and relaxing, very nice pool and even more importantly the hot tub was functional and actually hot.

Everything was clean and seemed like has recently been updated.

Everything was very updated and well done. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was great, the pool is clean and bright.

New & clean, spacious rooms & windows. All fine, other than noise from construction

Location is very handy for us. We visit a relative that lives about five miles from the hotel. The per night charges are too high. We’ve been coming up to visit a relative for years and the cost of staying at this hotel is ridiculous. We love the location and the property but the prices are forcing us to find a lesser priced and likely lower quality hotel for our visits.

We enjoyed an easy check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us by name through out our stay. Our room was clean and quiet.

However, they offer no free water or coffee machine. That will make me keep looking for a better place to stay.
