It was nice and the pool was used a lot

The room was supposed to be non-smoking. The room smelled terribly of smoke. There were cigarette burns on the tub. The shower curtain was brown from smoke and smelled even worse when it got wet. Our clothes abd luggage smelled of smoke when we left. The air conditioner did not work. We never got our $50.00 back that they charge for incidentals, then take it off your bill the next day. The front desk clerk could not help us with that. I would not recommend this facility

It was easy to book a hotel room and the front desk was very easy to talk to and were helpful whenever we needed anything. No elevators which make it hard to load in and out. Overall it seemed clean at the bare minimum but it was also one of the least expensive hotels so it was expected . Linen and towels were soft and clean and the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Entire hotel had a musty smell but seemed clean enough. Pool was fun, hot tub was more of a lukewarm bath but again it was great to have the option. For the cost and last minute booking it served our purpose!

Overall was amazing stay .

We were surprisingly disappointed that any kind of breakfast was not available. It will make a difference if we book here again.

I was also charged a separate $25 but no idea what it is for. It was an extra debit to my VISA. Maybe in case I stole the hair dryer.

Parking area looks unsafe and customers in the other rooms were weird.

Room smelled musty. Had an old ac unit in. We pulled back the sheets to find Cheetos, pubic hairs all over, salad pieces, crumbs all over the “clean” sheets. We went back down and asked for a refund. They said 7-10 days to process. We left. DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s absolutely filthy.

drove around the building and there were walmart shopping carts. went inside immediately uncomfortable. smelt terrible. long line to wait in. everyone was complaining. the staff could not answer any questions. just a nasty place to stay at. walked right in than walk right back out. i didn’t even stay there.

Air conditioning did not work and they initially did not want to change our room with over 90 degree temperature and smoke from Canada. The first room was quite dirty and smelled bad. The second room was much better

Very dirty bed frame was broke on the bed the carpet was dirty the air conditioner didn't work it was barely any room for parking very noisy

Dirty floors, uncomfortable beds, spider webbing around phone, front desk workers each give different answers to policy questions, desperately need fan in bathroom, extremely hot in pool area.
