It was well maintained and clean. The carpets need a good shampoo but it was very humid inside the rooms. Great breakfast options! Nice area!

Everything was as expected other than there's no elevator to get to the second floor rooms. No biggy for us, but I was surprised and some older or infirmed visitors should be advised of this in advance.

Clean, comfortable, affordable rooms with a decent breakfast and good amenities. Great value. No complaints.

Room floor was damp, we had a basement room and it was small and musty.

Shower curtain very short allowing water onto the floor creating a dangerous situation. Room felt damp and smelled musty. Way overdue for a remodel. Would not recommend.

Front desk was welcoming and made a good first impression. Sink and toilet didn't work in our room. Thankfully we were there for just one night.

The front desk staff were very sweet and accommodating with making our stay the best however the property atmosphere and cleanliness is the reason we wont stay again. The room was tidy and on the cleaner side however the AC unit was terrible, made the room hot/humid vs cooler and the bathroom reeked of urine. The building hall/stairwells were the deal breaker. The smell is beyond terrible, the carpet looks like it hasnt been vacuumed in years. Photos and some of reviews are deceiving. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

The shower drain was backed up and the shower was difficult to set to a good temp. We didn't have any sort of cleaning/towels over the few days we were there. But outside if that the rooms were nice enough, air conditioning works. The pool was supposed to be heated but was ice cold. Hot tub is nice though

Well first off, we didn't make it to our room until 3 AM, I tried calling numerous times, but no answer. When we did finally get there, we were told that our credit card did not go through, which we had, fradulent charges on our card, and they sent a new one to us, just in time for our trip. Instead of getting a phone call, they canceled our reservations. In turn was told we had to pay full charge, and would have no maid service, Honestly, we have stayed with this company many times, and have never been so disappointed. Room was so small, and NO maid service, REALLY!! Plus paying full price for a room, when we don't pay until we get there, normally. We may have to look for other accomidations from a different company all together, after this experience.

We had a wonderful stay and great room. Restful sleep the rooms are very quiet. Our only complaint was they ran out of milk before my son could get breakfast. But we would stay again.

Besides a brief issue at check in regarding pet policy, this hotel was amazing. Shout out to Gillian who went out of her way to find a resolution, which she did, so a big thank you to her!!! The room was very clean and spacious. We were there for 4 days and enjoyed the stay. Would recommend this hotel to any dog parents as this hotel does not accept cats. Did not try the breakfast, but I'm sure it was also very good.

Also, the bathroom floor was splattered with something when we first arrived. We complained and they acted like they were going to take care of the barhroom, but no one ever came up. Room 228. The carpet was stained. They need to remove all the carpeting and put in linoleum, easier to clean. The breakfast was hot and fresh, but it was very small and I er crowded. Not enough room for people to move around. Also there is no elevator for the second floor. (I thought that was mandatory) Good thing we didn't have any guest that were handicapped. Probably will never stay again.
