Hampton Inn & Suites Duluth North/Mall Area

Hot tub was broken. Parking lot pot holes need to be addressed. Front desk and breakfast staff was very nice and friendly.

Carpets were worn and stained...pieces of tile missing on the trim, room smelled like urine, hot tub was down for servicing

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and the pool/hot tub area was nice.

The inn had no rooms with walk in showers even though it was advertised. Had to go down to the reception area to use a microwave-none in room. Bed was so high that my wife had to use a stool to get into it. There was a preset alarm on the time clock for 6AM that was not expected. When the heat was off there was a fan that cooled the room too much immediately. The tub was slippery when used for a shower.

Hotel was fine. Blackout drape in room made it especially dark which was nice. Location up on hill was a bit difficult to locate at first. The maid service was the only disappointment in that the room was not cleaned on the second day. New towels were left but a dirty one was left on the floor and the empty tissue box was not replaced. Breakfast was good and Carla who kept the breakfast area in great order was friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea were plentiful in lobby and the lobby was comfortable to work in. Though, a Hilton Honors member, we were not offered bottled water on arrival. I did ask for it when leaving and was provided with some.

Clean room and we loved that they were pet friendly.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the hot tub. We were disappointed that it was out of order.

Room was clean and the staff were friendly! Only stayed for a night and didn’t access any amenities. Would stay again!

Everything was fantastic! The only downfall was the hot tub was out of order our entire stay.

After a long day if travel it was so nice to arrive at such a clean and cheerful place. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice.

When we got change for the laundry mat, the staff didn’t let us know that they provided soap, so we had to get some ourselves. Only later did they say anything.

The breakfast had enough options to feed our diverse diets.
