Decent breakfast, super friendly staff always available. I felt super safe. Laundromat was across the parking lot which was great. Close to everything
-
Modernist room with basic furnishings. Breakfast was average.
-
It was clean and quiet. The room finishes and furniture are basically a dorm room. Breakfast was typical.

Awesome experience ! Will definitely becoming back
-
Blood and black hair on the bed. Not cleaned obviously. Not offered a refund, discount or new room. Disgusting.

The rooms were so clean here and not cluttered. Very nicely decorated. The lobby was very cool looking. Loved that they had a drinking water dispenser to fill my water bottle!
-
The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a peaceful environment and also quite close to all that Duluth has to offer.
-
The beds were uncomfortable, and the floors felt sticky. Also my TV stopped working on my 2nd day.
-
The hotel was under construction, so probably would be better experience in the future.

2. Room floor had dirt on it did not feel comfortable walking barefoot dirt clung to bottom of feet. 3. Toilet seat was falling off. 4. Show door did not shut so when we showered it ran out into the sleeping area. Staff took my complaints and came and tightened my toilet seat. Stated they would refund the award points I used back to my account. Will not stay at this particular location again.

Being summer, I like the climate control in the rooms, which my kids enjoyed!

My stay was great

Not worth the price we paid, that is for sure. No microwave in the room and the one available for everyone on that he main floor was terribly dirty. $4 for a bottle of water is a bit too much !

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast to get the day started. Only negative is parking lot gets very full-had to park along a curb overnight.

The staff at the desk were absolutely delightful. They treated me personally and not as a generic guest.

I wasn’t told when making the reservation or at check in that there was major construction within 60 feet from the hotel, woke up to loud construction noise at 730am both mornings I stayed. Thursday morning there was a terrible completely unprofessional person working the desk! She was sitting there eating her breakfast buffet from the hotel lobby at the work desk, when I came up to her to ask for some help with a concern she acted as though I was interrupted her breakfast (how dare I?) she needs to no longer have this job. This is a reflection of your hotel and Hilton as a whole.

The staff was great! Markita especially!!

For $200/night this is not a great hotel. No microwave or coffee pot, bathrooms are cheap and not a great location.

This is a pleasant modern motel on the outskirts of town. It has nothing special about it -- the room is basic, and functional. There's no in-room coffee or water heater. Also no closet or drawers for clothing -- just some external hangers. It does have a gym and a pool -- I used the gym and it was small but the treadmill worked fine. Breakfast is standard motel fare. Service was lacking -- in a three-day stay our room was never made up, but we did get one change of towels. My evaluation of the place is not helped by the fact that for this basic room they charged over $500 per night (it was a special weekend, but still.....there was very poor price-to-value-received,)

I do realize that this is out of the control of the hotel but construction noise going on around the building was horrible! Even 7am on a Saturday morning. Would not recommend staying until that’s done especially if you have small children that nap (as it was at all hours)or enjoy sleeping in.
