The hotel put two holds on my card for the cost of the room and were rude and unhelpful about fixing the issue. We had to cut our vacation short because of the double charge and will never stay here again.

It was great for a one night stay. Didn’t really get to enjoy the amenities.

My favorite thing about this hotel was the shower head. Very powerful. We had a city view room on 11th floor. One of 2 complaints we had were that we signed up for 2 queen beds and received 2 full beds. We were told by staff that this was an Expedia problem and not their problem (although their own website lists queens as well, so be sure if this is important to you that you really delve into that). This made our sleep uncomfortable. There were 2 pools and 1 hottub. There were A LOT of unruly kids playing in the hot tub and pool both. Didn't mind about the pool, but we didn't appreciate being splashed and bumped into in the crowded hottub. Plus it there was a dirty film that looked like dirt or maybe worse once the bubbles stopped. It would have been nice if staff could have called the kids out on this, even with no lifeguard on duty.

No continental breakfast, first time in any Holiday Onn I used. Good location, but had to go to front desk to get room serviced. Bathtub was dirty when we got there, plugged up as well. Hope they can do better in the future.

Clean , very basic . Came when it was a busy weekend and paid a premium. Location is good

The refreshing the room only after 3 days is the dumbest bullshit ever. I am vehemently requesting compensation Cleaning room

Nice having two pools on site, and Lyric was a great restaurant on ground floor The only annoying thing was how many doors you had to pass through to get out to the parking garage…

It is a great place to stay while in Duluth. I was there during the weekend, so some o the skyway walk was closed. But it was open for the event happenig at the expo that weekend. The shuttle actcually gave our group to meet up with other friends that were also in town. Unfortunately, it only runs until 10 p.m. But, we found our way back to the hotel. But that was our decision to stay past when they would come and get us. otherwise its a great place to stay

The only disappointment we had was trying to change the thermostat and the a/c unit is very loud when it turns on and off.

Great service, helpful staff, knowledgeable of the surrounding stores/ restaurants and brewery’s. 10/10 would recommend

I work nights sleep in day. The blackout curtain was broke. Morning sun made temp in room 80 and cant sleep when sun up and hot room

Not super great. The room was below average. There was a lot of very weird things going on in the parking garage that you have to use for the hotel stay. Drunk kids and strange people all over in there. Maybe it is just the downtown area there is a lot of drugs and homeless.
