Very clean, staff very friendly. Good location, easy walk to the canal. Onsite restaurant,Lyric, was great.

The room was clean. The two pools were nice and parking was easy and convenient due to the parking ramp on property.

We stayed in King Suite. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Provided microwave and channel guide when requested. Provided extra towels. You have to notify one day in advance for room cleaning. Free parking. They let us parked in the lot even after we checked out for additional hours.

The hotel is in a perfect location. great parking. no breakfast and advertising about breakfast misleading. pool and hot tub nice. only one negative person at front desk

The perfect place for our family vacation. Within walking distance to all kinds of delicious restaurants, coffee shops, and antique shops. Traffic was minimal and downtown was easy to navigate. Loved the pool and the hot tub. Staff were super friendly.

Stayed here years ago so was surprised at how run down the area has become. We were there on July 4th so there is no surprise that there was mayhem all night but the pillow cases smelled like smoke and the mattress was toooooo soft, there is no way I could have slept on it a 2nd night. The staff were great however

The hotel put two holds on my card for the cost of the room and were rude and unhelpful about fixing the issue. We had to cut our vacation short because of the double charge and will never stay here again.
