The Suites Hotel at Waterfront Plaza

Our room was not ready for us. We had to wait 2 hours.

Great location. Bedroom was very spacious. The king bed we had was comfortable.

This is an old warehouse building, so there wasn’t a window in our room… which was a plus since we don’t like light coming into our room really early. (We did know that when we booked.) The room was clean and really spacious; plus the bed was comfortable. It was a convenient location for visiting the bridge. We would consider staying there again if in the area.

Check in easy with a most helpful staff member. Room was large. Hotel location only two blocks from Duluth high bridge. Breakfast was good. Parking lot across the street from hotel made a little inconvenient getting luggage in and out of hotel - and having to negotiate the steps at front door.

Love the location!

Great location and parking, Amazing elevators, never had to wait. The only unusual thing was getting cold water, it was almost always warm or hot. All in all would definitely stay there again.

The location in canal park made for convenient walking along Lake Superior shoreline. We paid $345/night (with taxes) for a room without windows, so no view of Lake Superior, that had a large, metal support pole dividing the room, for empty bathroom amenities- there was no soap in the dispensers, and for a cloudy, murky hot tub that left brown scum on our skin.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, clean. My only complaint was the only ice machine was on the 3rd floor.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's great to have a refrigerator to store snacks and beverages in. This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be back!

I didn't use the pool so I can't comment in that. Our room, wanted to change because we had no windows I was sleeping in a warehouse...the beds squeaked whenever you got in or out of the bed, annoying!! Everytime some one has to get up in the middle of night.ughh The doors were sticky really had to kick the bottom to get into the room, and yank when you went in or out of the bathroom. Don't think we'll stay again.

Very clean and staff was great

This is a unique place. The room was spacious. I had a full size fridge and a counter top stove. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is in an old building which is well kept up and interesting. The room was large with all needed amenities.

Beautiful, clean comfortable rooms. Mine had a hot tub. Kitchenette and living room were spacious.

The property was clean noticed a broken tile in the bathroom of room 403. Staff was amazingly helpful and kind! Breakfast was great too. Everything we needed was available and there. I love the location. One thing could be fixed is there are no shades or way to block the night lighting in the bedrooms. One room had a panel missing. It would be helpful to have curtains that closed or a shade that blocked the bright lights at night.

Excellent location, updated bathrooms. Also love the hot tub and pool. We have come here for many years. Always happy with it.
