Great location. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean and well maintained. It’s right on the board walk in Duluth. Nothing.

Everything was nice, but very expensive for just a hotel room. Other hotels next door were less, so we expected more. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok, but wouldn't put us near our friends who were also staying there plus no early check in, which was irritating.

Wonderful spot to stay right on Lake Superior

Upon arrival the parking lot was clean, plenty of parking, we'll kept grounds. Check in was fast, staff was friendly and very understanding and empathetic. Let me explain.... fully loaded luggage cart got away from me pushing it into the room. Had to push it over a slight hump and when I did it went sideways and cracked the bottom corner of a mirror. I immediately went to the front desk and told on myself. She was totally understanding and kind and said don't worry about it, accidents happen with carts all the time. I hope they don't come back and charge me, aa it seemed I had nothing to worry about. The room was comfy and clean with a magnificent view of the lake. Absolutely recommend this hotel. I didn't have breakfast but the breakfast buffet looked appealing.

Upon arrival the staff were welcoming! We enjoyed our Lakeview room, which was clean and up to date. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The property was well maintained and in close proximity to bars and restaurants.

The pool and the hot tub were sparkling clean. We were in Duluth at BeerFest and it was a quick walk from all the festivities. We will definitely be back.
