Lake view and breakfst

We got rooms, lake view, near each other. That was great! Location excellent, and really nice staff. Fun skipping rocks and watching the boats go under the lift bridge. Pillow need to be replaced and upgraded. And the continental breakfast ... oof.. Lots of chemicals, fatty items, oof.

The staff was pleasant and helpful at check in. The room was clean and good sized. Breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. My only issue was the bed wasn’t super comfortable.

We stayed here for our honeymoon to Duluth and had an exceptional stay. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and kind, our room was clean, housekeeping was excellent when we had a request. Great views of the lake and the lift bridge, we watched 2 ships come in from our room and when we saw a third come through we could go down quickly to watch it close up. Close to all of our favorite places in canal Park, able to walk to grandmas, vikre, the aquarium, caribou, short drive or walk to park point, great continental breakfast! 10/10 location and property! We will be back!

The views were exactly what we wanted and the location made it easy to get around. We loved everything about the property.

Still a nice hotel, but maybe showing a bit of its age. Looks like some small items should be fixed I was upgraded to a lake view suite with queen beds(no extra charge) the room was clean but there was some slight damage to the wall next to the door leading out to the balcony, probably needs some paint and plaster to fix, maybe a little neglect going on here? Plus I noticed when going into one of the hot tubs(they have two there) of the two grab handles one of them was loose. Again a nice hotel with nice employees working there, but some things need to be fixed.

We have traveled to Duluth many times times, but have never stayed in Canal Park. This property is in the perfect location. Easy access to the lift bridge and all that canal park has to offer in walking distance.

My favorite part is being able to walk out the back door and be on the Lake Walk and easy access to Canal Park.

pool hot tub, view, balcony were all great. The weather was great and you can walk in the Canal area Same thing every breakfast Bacon is sorely needed
