Convenient to all the Canal Park stores, restaurants and the lift bridge. Very clean and a great friendly staff. There are plenty of outdoor chairs and an outdoor gas fireplace. Great views of the canal, lift bridge and Lake Superior. Nothing

Bathroom lighting around mirror was non existant. Very challenging to shave.

Really great location next to Aerial Lift Bridge. This side of the bridge was quieter than the other side which was nice, but still within an easy walk of the restaurants and bars. The room was well set out with a nice seating area and balcony. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfast and snack items are available in reception area.

Location. Front desk person needed training. I was in the hotel business for yrs, you font hand the guest their key card and verbally say what room your in. Its a security issue. She was not knowledgeable about the area, and commented she hated technology. Odd. Young inexperienced. Probably wont go back.

The rooms have a lot of windows with plenty of light! Everything in the room with furnishings is extremely nice. It’s very clean with a great patio and view. Breakfasts are very generous and they have cookies bakery fresh that are available for free in the afternoon. Parking is great and it’s an easy walk across the bridge and to stores and restaurants. They also have some available with lake views and fireplaces which we plan on getting next time. The value is totally worth it! The staff is so helpful with all needs. Loved everything!

Staff was great. Room was clean. Hotel was pretty quiet. The room was small. No view. No pool or hot tub. Fire pit was near street with bridge blocking any view. We have never stayed here before and I thought for the price it would have been comparative to the boardwalk hotels. The price is comparative to Canal Park Lodge, but not nearly as nice.

Could see the ships coming in out of our window in our room

We booked a room with a view of the city, and they put us with a view of the parking lot!! Really disapointed in this. Will never come back
