Room was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed breakfast outside, soaking in the sunshine and gorgeous views of Superior. The pools were clean, balcony views amazing and within walking distance to Bayfront Park made this stay delightful. Would stay here again! I should mention the outlets were loose in our room so don’t assume the light bulb is out, or your phone is charging -just give it a wiggle.

Room was clean, furniture dated and uncomfortable , bed was comfortable though. First floor room was quiet. Good location, price comparable to others nearby but all are overpriced for what you get.

The cleaning staff needs to improve. The bedding had stains on it. They need to dust better. Clean floors better in common areas. Clean up outside, landscaping especially in back of hotel. Pictures on website are very deceiving

The property location is great. Staff was great, as well. A side table in our room needed to be replaced and glassware was not clean. We would try another property in the same area next time.

Pleased with the size of the room (there were 6 of us), continental breakfast options, and pleasantly surprised with the 2 outdoor fire pits, with seating and smores in the evening, overlooking Lake Superior.

Someone was either vacuuming at 2:30 am for an hour or we had an extremely loud piece of equipment (ice machine or something) close to our room. So loud it woke my husband and I both up and I couldn’t sleep til it stopped.

Love that we could go out the door and be at the water. Also complimentary bikes to ride for all sizes. The staff were super nice and helpful. Also they had fire pits and pokers for us to make s'mores. Very thought out and well done. Would love to stay here again.

The location was perfect for walking around canal park. Joe at the front desk was very helpful at check in and giving ideas on things to do during our stay.

This is our favorite place to stay when in Duluth. Nice, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, easy parking, great location and wonderful staff.

Location is right on canal park. Pool was warm. Suggest they offer adult only in pool from 10-11pm
