Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Duluth Waterfront

Very good breakfast included. Nice pool area. Easy parking. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Staff I encountered were friendly. Noticed some areas that could have been cleaner, mostly needing dusting. Chairs provided in the room are hard and uncomfortable so that could use an update. Prices felt a bit high.

The location was fine, however, the rate was a bit steep. The cost for what we needed.

All rooms and towels should be refreshed daily. They didn’t even come in our room.

Great location, quiet building. National brand with local feel. Breakfast was good. The facilities were dated in spots; but only minorly so. Cracked sink, scuffed doors. Really minor stuff.

Wonderful place to stay. Short distance to restaurants and shopping.

Had some issues with check in as we reserved and paid for a handicap acessible room and they didn't have any available. They then tried to put us at the very end of the hall.. we finally settled on a room on the 3rd floor next to the elevator to make it easier with a walker but we could is the diet adds it was atub.. The breakfast was large and very good. View was nice if the harbor and coast guard dogs... close to canal park.

Location was excellent! Breakfast was good, but different options for hot items each day would be good!

The breakfast was okay. Waffle bar, muffins, bagels and fruit. What wasn't good was the fake little omelets and horrible turkey sausage links and patties. The hot food left a lot to be desired

Our room wasn't ready till 4:40! We had dinner reservations that we were late too! This room should have been free! There was 4 people waiting for rooms that were spose to be ready by 4pm!! The lady with the children wad not happy, as she made comments to us!

We would stay again if in the area.

This location is getting a bit tired, and was really expensive compared to most other Fairfields I've stayed at. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling. There were only 4 pillows. The sitting chair in our room was totally scratched up on one corner.

We had stayed at this hotel before and everything was fine but this time one of the lights was out beside the bed, the toilet stuck and ran off and on, and the shower water pressure was really low.
