A great place overall

Great location. Great views of the harbor. Clean room. Excellent breakfast.

Very clean, great breakfast buffet, beautiful site right in the Marina with helpful free shuttle service. Would highly recommend, also very family friendly with their nightly s’mores bar and playground.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean when we got there, however, we didn’t receive room service on the second day. Loved the s’mores station each night. Very conveniently located. Great view of the harbor, we ate supper out on the balcony each night we were there.

The breakfast was amazing and the guy making it was wonderful!!! So many choices and he was working so hard to keep everything full and clean! The view was amazing! And easy walk to the lift bridge and canal park and also easy walk to the beach! Loved our stay!

I stayed here in May and it was a great experience, so it was an easy decision to stay here again in July. The rate was higher, but still an excellent value. This time we took advantage of the shuttle service to the charming Canal Park area. I have fallen in love with Duluth and hope to visit again someday! To the staff: I’m sorry we left our takeout in the fridge.

Very clean. Beautiful property and great amenities - my child likes the s’mores bar. Hot tub and pool were great after miles of walking in Canal Park. Will definitely stay here again on a return trip to Duluth.
