Very large room! Beautiful view! Comfy bed! Staff is exceptional!

Great place to stay. We only had one problem. The heater was making an awful noise. They gave us a different room and then thing we're great.

The breakfast was fantastic. The girls at front desk were also fantastic. We used to stay at South Pier Inn about a block away. It just got expensive with no real extra's. We decided to try your place. Way more affordable. Full breakfast. And swimming pool and hot tub. We loved finishing our evening with a couple beers on our balcony. We'll be back! Thank you! We arrived early and couldn't get in before 4pm. No biggie, we understand rules. We arrived back at exactly 4 and room still wasn't ready. They knew we were already there and got us a different room so we could get in. That was so minor though it didn't bother us much at all. And by early I mean we were a half hour early.

Nice room and we loved the complimentary s’more bar! The televisions went out for a day and we had to ask why our TV was not working. The hotel was able to send text messages regarding parking issues, so a text should have been sent to everyone regarding the TV issue.

Booked this last minute on our way up to Orr. No complaints, very clean, kids loved the s’mores bar.

We had a great stay. Clean rooms, good breakfast and cute s’more bar. Very close to Canal Park and Lift bridge.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect! Close to the Canal and downtown area. There was also access to the beach about 1-2 blocks from the hotel. We had a 'land view' room, but still a great view of Duluth. The staff were great!!! Friendly and helpful. My daughter really liked the s'mores bar in the eveing. Really like the lounge as well. Definitely will be booking a stay there again in the future.

The staff were all friendly and so helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean. The breakfast was the best I've had with so many options and freshly made with real eggs. Would highly recommend staying here!!
