I’m very disappointed in the room I stayed in. It was nasty. Looked like dog poop marks on the carpet. It stunk so bad. Plus I truly believe the sheets were dirty never changed. Just horrible experience. When checking in they said all the rooms were booked. So what good would it have done to go complain. No rooms available.

The pool was very cold and hottub was not in service 😑.I will not be returning to this place.

Clean, comfy, friendly/knowledgeable staff

The hotel itself is in desperate need of maintenance. Our TV had no signal, and after I talked to the front desk twice with no one showing up, I discovered that the cable wasn't even connected. It was barely reachable but I connected it by two threads and it worked. We turned the temperature up during the night and it smelled like burnt toast which triggered the smoke detector in the room, which we got to shut off by turning the temp back down and the fan to On (instead of Auto). There was an area on the bathroom ceiling that had water damage and hadn't been repaired. And the shower drain plunger didn't work, so I had to pry it up with my finger nails to get it to drain. And the Wifi was useless. We got connected but it kept disconnecting because of the poor Wifi signal quality. I didn't want to leave this bad of a review, but while checking out, one kid said they had water that came in through their bathroom ceiling, and another couple said to each other "It will be good to check out of this place". With as good as the location is, and with the rotating restaurant, I hope Radisson puts some money into this hotel.

Rooms , were clean. Needs updates, A/C leaked on the floor. Hallway wreaked of Marijuana. Definitely is not the Radisson it used to be

Behind the bowling alley. Waste baskets overflowing. Staff not in uniform. Perimeter of rotating restaurant very dirty. Windows in restaurant blurred by film (designed to control heat?). Refrigerator freezer encased in ice. Room 1004. Elevator thresholds dirty. Same problem for several years.

Dated accommodation. Small bathroom.
-
Nice property but dated. 360 degree restaurant at the top is a highlight.

Only one person working rotating restaurant at breakfast. She was very nice, energetic and helpful but too busy for just one person Since I could not use hot tub I tried to take a hot bath in our room, the drain was broken so tub would not hold water. Room 608-please fix for future customers. Reviews said that hot tub seldom functional so please take off your amenities if it never works! Elevators very slow Parking is a nightmare -husband drove around parking lot for over 20 minutes looking for a spot then had to talk to front desk who gave him pink slip to put on dash behind the bowling alley TV reception extremely poor-any channel we watched started cutting out after 2 minutes!! When looking down from our table in the restaurant, the floor where the room rotates was very very dirty… The only plus was that all of the places we wanted to go were within walking distance for us.

This is an old property. Our room AC was loud, the carpets looked tired. Small pie shaped rooms with small bathrooms. I thought the overall stay was fine, the cheaper end of room rates in town. Free coffee available in the lobby and we never went to the restaurant. It is right downtown in Duluth and close to the water. Also no daily maid service.

The elevator was not working and the other one was making awful sounds. It also made it difficult to leave because of all the people using the elevator.

Location Almost everything, stay away from this hotel. Dirty, poor service, lots of homeless walking around, terrible parking lot with huge pot holes, elevators didn’t work for long period dated, smelly, hot tub wasn’t working. Just a terrible hotel!
