Wonderful service at this hotel. The food was excellent, the price of was reasonable for breakfast. Will stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff, amazing views from patios, but no continental breakfast which wasn't a big deal but shower was weird, also thought I booked a room facing the bridge but ended up on the backside facing the basketball court and it got loud

The staff is great and it is very welcoming for dogs.

Staff was great, got an up grade and loved our room. This is our second stay at Pier B and it won’t be our last .

Property was clean, location was great. All of the outdoor seating areas were perfect and the view from our room was beautiful!!!

Check in was a breeze, the hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and clean with gorgeous views, and the amenities were fantastic! The free s’mores were delicious and so fun, I loved the fires outside, and the hot tub being outside made for great views while you soak. Having a restaurant on site was so convenient and the food and service was great. If you want to branch out, it is a short 10 to 15 minute walk to plenty of options. And the walk along the lake was so relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful new resort hotel on the shore of Lake Superior, with spectacular views of the lake and the Lift Bridge. Walkable to many of Duluth's amenities and attractions, and the complementary shuttle service is great. The restaurant was a little slow at breakfast time.

Breakfast included, but charged for coffee

I was trying to work and the internet was horrible. I also could not connect to the tv at all so only got local basic cable. The staff at the front desk had no idea or direction as to what to do. The place is in the best spot though you can walk to everything and breakfast although expensive was really good.

Lots to do and very welcoming

Pier B was very nice. The fire pits and outdoor hot tub over looking Lake Superior were quite unique. The restaurant and bar area were nice. It’s walkable to the Canal Park area. We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary.

King patio room was a fantastic choice for our anniversary stay!

WARNING…The Staff were terrible as had to go to front desk many times with questions and they couldn’t answer any of them especially this one Guy was really BAD!!! He should be re-trained. Also when I went to where Coffee was set up at front Entrance there was No Coffee available either & when I told them about it they did nothing!!! So frustrating:( When I called the Restaurant Silos from my hotel room for service they did not answer the Phone. Loud banging while I was sleeping in the night from the Pool area made it difficult to sleep too:( They had No s’mores available at front desk to pick up & they said they weren’t out until 7:00pm & I was there at 6:56pm ~ Really!! Very expensive as for 4nights cost me $2,742.00 which is Unbelievable!!! When I asked for a receipt after checking out she wouldn’t give me one as needed it for our business expenses so had to call once I got back home to complain and finally received one via e-mail 5days later:( Will never stay at Pier *B* ever again:(:(:(

We liked everything. The hotel is beautiful. The scenery is beautiful. Such a relaxing vibe but also so much to do within walking distance. We love how everything was right there though as in the restaurant, full bar which did not disappoint! The food and drinks were exceptional, with an amazing staff as well . The pool. and hot tub are very nice and we liked the intimate bonfires you could have without sharing that space

property has nice facilities and is well maintained. Views from back of property are great. Meal at Silos was very good. floors were sticky in the elevator and on our room floor coming off elevator. Had to ask it be cleaned after seeing it still there several hours later. The biggest problem was the internet. The connection was really bad most of the time. Waiting 3 minutes for a website to open. The only time it seemed to work was very early in morning.

The property was clean, has a great view of the lift bridge from the hot tub to watch the ships come in. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within 5 miles which was very handy, we used it to bring us to a restaurant and then pick us up to bring us to a great speak easy for drinks, and then pick us up to bring us back to the resort. Staff was very friendly.

Love this place. We did the Circle Tour and stayed here for our first two nights. We liked it so well that we cancelled our hotel for our last night of the tour and returned to Pier B Resort.
-
The amenities were great! My son loved making s’mores. The staff at the desk upon check in were really young, they seemed to prioritize socializing over attending to guests.
