Clean room

Loved Pier B overall and all of the amenities (hot tub, smores, fire pits). Only negative was the towels. The room towels weren't much better than the pool towels. I expect pool towels to be flimsy, but not bath towels. Loved the food too.

THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFUL, LOCATION WAS PERFECT, AND THE ADDED TOUCHES OF WOOD FIRES, FREE SMORE KITS, AND EVEN BLANKETS TO USE MADE THE EXPERIENCE TOP NOTCH! Our room was a King Marina Deck Room on the second floor. I feel trongly that the room should either be a bit cheaper, or at least a warning should come that it is right above the ballroom. The music from the ballroom was very loud in our room, and went until pretty late at night. Honestly, it wasn't that huge of a deal for us, but did seem excessive, especially considering how expensive the room was. I would definitely stay here again, but probably not in a deck room as there are plenty of outdoor spaces, and it wan't all that pleasant to sit on the deck with highway noise. We usually went to the patio anyway.

S’mores outside were lovely. Staff were kind. Huge stain on the carpet right at the entry to our room. In general, was not the cleanest.

Love Peir B resort! We always stay there when we come to Duluth. Highly recommend!

Great Duluth location with one of the best views in the city. The food in the restaurants was excellent also.

Outdoor hot tub, free shuttle, comfortable and clean rooms and super friendly staff. And pet friendly rooms. I wish there were better deals for guests at the onsite sauna. $70 PP is a little outrageous.

Very good

Perfect location and excellent outdoor areas. The fire pits were a big plus and the bar serving food and drinks to go was a perfect amenity. Love the S’mores! We got a room with outdoor patio but unfortunately our neighbors used their patio for smoking. The outdoor areas are not non-smoking and that limited our enjoyment. Also small children playing in the hot tub was disappointing.

Exceptional

It was ok. Not great. Location was the best part. like shower design-water goes on the floor. Bathrooms have no locks.Beds very comfortable.

The facility is an eye catcher. Great location near the aquarium, Amsoil Arena and the Bayfront Park and all the events there. The restaurants, bars and shopping on Lake Street are a short walk.

Great views, nice amenities. Decorated very well and a good restaurant on-site. Very clean room. Convenient location.
