Beautiful place. Great staff always helpful

Our tv didn’t work so we had to have staff come up and try. They finally rebooted it. Internet issues I guess. Not enough fire pits outside. We waited quite awhile for one and nothing was available. Room is not al that special for the price but the harbor view was great. Food in the Silos was very good.

Fantastic location. Loved everything about the hotel.

This was our 3rd stay at Pier B. We enjoy Lake Superior - right outside our door- easy walk to Canal Park Shopping and Eating. Enjoyed s’mores by the fire and watched a large ship from Portugal come into harbor under lift bridge. Clean room; nice beds and shower.

The room was clean and comfortable and overlooked the canal. The restaurant was good. We had dinner there and the food was good but a bit expensive. The outside patio was great. We sat by the fire in the evenings, right next to the lake, and watched the boats going through the lift bridge. We had a really nice time and would go back.

In general, I enjoyed my stay. All of the staff, I interacted with were helpful and friendly. But the walls in my room were thin. I woke up in the middle of the night because I could hear the woman in the room next door talking on speakerphone. Also, my room didn’t lock properly and maintenance had to come up to fix the door lock. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Dinner was fine, our server seemed a little flustered though because they were very busy. Our breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were hard and extremely dry. Definitely not made to order. One person I was with ordered scrambled eggs with cheese, it arrived with shredded cheese on top-unmelted. Never seen that before. The next morning we ate breakfast elsewhere.

Loved this hotel! We enjoyed an outdoor concert one night, had excellent meals & appreciated the free shuttle from the airport & around town.

Room clean, matched what was advertised. For what was a fairly standard 2 queens hotel room, parking lot view, no outdoor space paying more than $400/night means I expect a little more: lots of cleanliness, amenities, and knowledgeable staff and service. The main things we like here are the outside hot tub, the spout court area amenities, and the shuttle availability for Canal Park trips. Second stay. My review is nit picking, but it's based on expectations for the price. At a lower priced place I’d let more of this slide. Lobby games area had all dead flowers, dead bugs on window sills, and flies buzzing around. Games/sports equipment outside are appreciated but pickleball nets sagging, lines need re-painting, court surface had ugly cement patch. What about advertising pickleball or pickup basketball games to guests? Website feedback form didn't work. Front desk staff seemed confused when I asked about room upgrades, said no eventually, and said no when asked about late checkout with no explanation on a Sunday in a seemingly not busy time period mid-summer in Duluth. Outside fireplaces and s'mores kits are nice, but all seats were occupied by adults drinking, no chairs available, felt unwelcoming with younger kids. Maybe a family time slot for s’mores? Pretty good place, but opportunities to improve on cleanliness, usage/resort style experiences for amenities, and extras/perks that make hotel guests feel special other hotels offer at this price point.

Places that put a high price tag on everything should remember the standards should be set that high as well. The view we paid for, we got. The outside amenities were very nice. Our objective is not to condemn the entire establishment we enjoyed our room and the bed was very comfortable. Room coffee would be great if it was the same brand as the front door, that was great!

    Hotel was mid.

The place to stay in Duluth. On the water, well maintained, evening wood fireplaces and smores.

Came to town for the Bayfront Reggae Festival, hotel staff were great, food was excellent but a bit pricey. Room was clean, didn't do much other on the property other than sleep.

Easily best place to stay in northern Minnesota! Staff is on point, there is always something to do with how much they invest into their resort and the facility is pristine each time. Obvious choice anytime it in Duluth. It’s more expensive but worth it
