Sheraton Duluth Hotel

Avoid Sheraton. Getting room took hours after 4:00 pm check in. Another day rooms never cleaned despite twice (midday & afternoon) asking desk staff to please handle: was told it would be done. Arrived at hotel at 9:00 pm to both rooms never being cleaned. Very unsupportive and rather surly night desk mgr said too bad, cleaners are gone. Many superior hotels in same area, so why bother with Sheraton.

Tried to check in after 4:00, but no rooms yet; waited hours. After getting two rooms, needed room cleaned next day. Left room 9:00 am, returned twice (midday & afternoon), yet rooms not clean. Staff (Loki) said rooms will be cleaned. Returned 9:00 am to unclean rooms. Night desk manager said too late/too bad. Many good hotels around, but recommend not Sheraton.

Stayed here while my daughter gave birth. It was an easy walk to the birthing center. The pool was small but heated to a nice temperature, perfect for taking my 3 year old grand daughter swimming.

The front desk asked if I wanted my receipt printed or emailed. I wanted it emailed, but I didn’t receive it.

Parking situation is very poorly explained and set up. The street markings out front appear to show that you can’t pull up, stop or unload at the main lobby door, and there’s seemingly no concierge. The actual parking garage is on the far side of the block on a one way system, we had to go around twice before we were able to identify the correct access point. Then - the walk just to the lobby to check in, with luggage, is about 300 yards via a bridge, another locked bridge with an intercom, down an elevator, then through a basement. Really terrible arrival experience. After all this the bathroom was grubby, hair stuck to the walls in the shower. Incredibly disappointing for $400 per night. Would not recommend at all.

Staff very friendly. Room were very quiet and clean!

Room was fine, beds were awful. Hard and any movement was noticed. Fine if you're sleeping alone, not great if you're sharing a bed

301 restaurant. Always noisy Kids running down the hallway yelling.
