Location near the airport and near a restaurant (Outback Steakhouse)

Courtney checked me in and set up a taxi to the airport the next morning. She was very helpful.

The breakfast The fact that the slide and hot tub were closed upon arrival but there was nothing on the website or my confirmation email that stated they wouldn’t be working.

Breakfast was ok. Location great. Bad communication from front desk. Instead of an early check in we were over an hour past regular check in. The manager actually made a snide remark when it was ready. "Your room is ready, I even made the beds myself". As if she wanted acknowledgement of that.

The pull out bed was very uncomfortable

We will never stay at your hotel again due to the excessive fee for our very calm, non-destructive, emotional support dogs being charged and extra $50 per dog?! Your hotel is listed as pet friendly and we noted we had 2 dogs (emotional support service dogs) when booking our stay yet the fee was NOT showing any increase in charges for the dogs. Our dogs did nothing destructive nor were any bother to anyone as they are well behaved service dogs yet we were charged an extra $100 upon check out which is ridiculous! Your rooms are not very welcoming, not very clean and need attention.

Check-in assistant and manager were extremely helpful with an error on my part in not booking the correct hotel (another Radisson closer to our AM event) Ultimately we returned to this Country Inn and Suites; very glad we did!

Convenient location, a lot near and around. Slide in the pool out til next week but still fun

Hotel was close to Duluth Int'l. Airport, which was especially useful when arriving very late at night. It was good to have someone staffing the check-in desk 24:7.

The room was nice. I also like the water with fruit that they keep in the lobby. The hot tub and the water slide were broken and closed.

The facility was very clean and the room was spacious. I especially enjoyed all the options at the breakfast. I was skeptical due to previous reviews, however it was all delicious, hot foods hot, cold foods cold. It is disappointing that the water slide and hot tub, advertised online through apps and images are no longer functional. This has been an issue for many months - it would be good if they updated the information online to avoid disappointing customers.

Rooms were clean, easy access to things in the area. Good breakfast, many choices, staff was friendly. Will stay again when in the area. Parking was easy, nice that it has a restaurant close by. Nice little fire pit to enjoy also. Only neg is the hot tub was not able to be used.

Room/bathroom were clean and spacious. Staff at front desk friendly and accommodating. Breakfast staff was the only downside, not friendly, but food options were great. Location was great lots of shops and restaurants close by! Would stay here again!

Staff and room excellent. Close to Outbacks steakhouse and some shopping also airport. Pool was excellent but slide and tub were both done for maintenance. If we had grandkids with us they would have loved the kiddie pool. We would definitely stay again

This property advertises a waterslide and hot tub. Both have been closed down for quite some time. The ladders in the pool have caution tape wrapped around them.

Staff were kind and helpful. The bedding on our first night smelt of Irvine and we ask to have it changed the next day. They did. Breakfast was 6 out of 10 because sausage was over cooked and eggs were under cooked. Went to restaurant in Duluth.

The rooms were spacious and clean. It was located in a spot where it was easy to get to. It was close to the mall and other shopping as well as restaurants The continental breakfast was underwelming. They ran out of food early, and it didn't look like they refilled anything they ran out of. They had old mattresses laying outside, and a flatbed truck was parked, and he took up 6 parking spots, so some of us had to park in another businesses parking lot.
